Very basic hotel in a Soviet building. Service is quite good. Prices are relatively low for Moscow, as it is located out of the centre. Personally I like that, to stay in a greener area of the city. The good thing is its proximity to the metro, at just 3 minutes walking. The metro drives you to the heart of Moscow in 20 minutes. Supermarkets nearby.

I was in this hotel for three nights with my family. Our room was in 19th floor and a little small for adding third bed. The location is near the metro. Personel are friendly and helping. I did not use restaurant for breakfast. It will be one of my future choices in my next trip to moscow

5 mins walk to metro station, close to Izmailovsky market, food, eating and shopping center, big building with multi-storey history olympic village, busy small reception with slow check in, only 3-4 staff working for many guests each day, separate 6 fast lifts to all different floor bedrooms, bright twin bedroom with big window and city view, room size not big, small bedding but clean and tidy with round table and chairs, enough space for open suitcase, no air-condition but with a table fan and heater, history hotel old fashion but facilities works properly, disadvantage is wifi compulsory needs to have phone card to connect and store baggage needs cost, but overall convenient and worth to stay.

I just loved my stay in this hotel. The location and facilities around are fabulous. You have metro, restaurants, 24x7 store just outside the hotel and within 2 mins walking. This has been my best stay experience in Moscow so far. My room was also upgraded to suite at no extra cost and the room was fabulous. The front desk is quire helpful as well. This hotel is totally worth for price and I am going to stay here again when I visit Moscow next.

The Beta building hotel at the Vega convention center has one advantage over other hotels in Moscow: it is cheaper because it is so far away from the city center thar it takes over an hour and a half of heavy traffic to reach. Because it is cheaper it's so full that there are lines for the elevators, lines to get a table at breakfast/dinner, lines for coffee, lines for check in/out. The dinning room is on the second floor without elevator, so if u have problems with stairs choose another hotel. The feeling is of being on a very busy airport or train station. Rooms are small and bathtub side panel is very high so it is difficult to get in and out. The rooms though are very clean and security is tight.Food is of medium quality but there is a big variety. I would not choose this hotel unless I was very young and in no hurry to reach the city center.

Was a good hotel had a comfortable stay would recommend to others. Staff is very helpful and look after your comfort. Food is like great breakfast buffet has a large options and they have good variety for lunch and dinner

This hotel has everything inside from souvenir shops to restaurants and is very close to Partizanskaya metro station. It is about a 30 minute subway ride to Red Square. There is also a great market within a 5 minute walk from the hotel called Izmailovskaya Market. This market is a must see while visiting Moscow. There is also a huge and great park close by with the same name. The access to the metro saves so much money getting around the city. One last thing to add is that the staff are exceptional and most speak English well. They will do whatever they can to make your visit to Moscow a great experience.

Inexpensive hotel that lived up to expectations - clean room to sleep in and a late night bar! Didn't eat in the hotel (it did appear to be very much run like a "canteen") and literally only slept there so little more can be added to the review. I can however recommend the hotel opposite which is an altogether more upmarket establishment - ate breakfast there a few days and it was excellent. Also the metro is walking distance from the hotel and only 6 stops or so from Red Square.

Built for the Olympics the hotel is a high rise with views over the city. Very clean and efficient - there is a coffee bar in the entrance hall and a cash atm in the foyer.. The breakfast choice is jaw dropping - the selection is totally cosmopolitan, with a wide selection of continental food and Russian staples. Was astounded that one of the beers "on tap" was Belhaven, which is 25 miles from us here in Scotland, one of our local breweries. Very close to the Metro and the local shops.

Beta Hotel Izmailovo was the first taste of Moscow we had, and it was quite pleasant. I was a backpacker-style traveler and im not to fuzzy with hotel facility so i think this hotel is convenient. The shower and toilet were super-clean (they cleaned it everyday), our room is relatively small (but not cramped) and everything worked very well (there were 4 elevators i think, this is important since this is apparently a favorite group-tour hotel, and you expect throngs of guests and you dont want to stuck in the lobby for minutes waiting for an empty elevator). We had breakfast, and the breakfast was decent. lots of cakes, there were fruits section and selections of cheeses. Buffet was also good. And they serve rice in here (important for asian guests, i think). Surrounding : there are 2 Metro station near (although i'd never use them) : Izmailovo and Partizanskaya. and since the price of Metro was affordable, i think this is an interesting choice. There are also lots of shops-small stores , even a moderate-size mall with asian food/buffet and sushi there, and one others. Burger kings , KFC were in sight. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in here.
