A good hotel for a very cheap price. The location is good as it near beautiful Izmailovo Kremlin. Metro station is nearby. It will take you to the center of Moscow very fast.

I've booked the room for my mom with a single queen bed weeks in advance. Upon check in, she was told that no rooms are available and she was given a worse room with two twin beds and the door did not even close sometimes. Totally unacceptable!

Location good, subway nearby. Good choice of food stores and restaurants around the area. Check in and checkout swift and smooth. Room cleanness acceptable. Beads tucked carelessly on the next day. Breakfast buffet has a good choice of food, but it is crowd in the early hours. Good if staying just for a short time (2-3 days) and most of the day running the business outside. Fare price/quality balance.

i really enjoyed the stay, many restaurents and night clubs in the surroundings. However i was supposed to stay at the Hotel until 17th July but due to an emergency i had to leave on the 15th. I asked the hotel for refund but they told me that i have to contact Orbitz since i made payment there. I would be grateful if this request can be entertained on your side

it is great for your money value American style service.

good location, a few minutes from the metro station to hotel. A second hand marketing is closed this hotel also. But it's only opened at weekend.

I liked the hotel's interior a lot. solid 4 star hotel

Russia is a bit notorious for its dispassionate service, but Best Western was refreshingly different - my fiancee and I were greeted with a smile and complimentary glasses of champagne on our arrival by the English-speaking reception staff. Our room was not ready yet when we arrived, so the hotel upgraded us for free. The room was not especially large, but the furnishings and bed were very comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean. It's a bit outside of the center of the city, but it's a very short ride on the metro followed by an 8-minute walk to the hotel, so the location was great - close to the city but away from the noise and traffic.

good for business people, close to subway, secure and quiet. For late workers there are a few local food stores in 2 minutes distance.

Had many issues with the hotel, first when I booked thru here a suite, the hotel staff wanted to give me an upgraded standard room that is 25 sqm instead of 35 sqm. I had to go to the reservation manager and proove him that my booking was for a 35 sqm suite to what he replied that in their system it is a standard room for that price that I booked:( anyone I stood my ground. secondly, when I arrived with my girl friend after a nightly walk at about 1:30 am the guard near the lift refused entry stating that I am only registered as a single guest. I again had to pull out my fone and show him that as per the booking there are 2 guests. Then he said that I need to register my girl friend with the front desk, and did not allow us to board the elevator. I said that we can do it tomorrow as the identity card is in the room. I asked girl friend to go to the room and wait for me while I was explaining the guard how other better hotels do not bother host's guests and demanded to summon head of security. The latter was even worse, while I spoke to him the other guard went upstairs and made my gf take her identity and register herself. All this took 30 mins of our time at 1:30 am:( Thirdly, we asked for late check out in advance and were told it is posible and ok. When I calld in the am to reconfirm the receptionist wanted me to pay for this, when I said this is supposed to be foc, she said "ahh, ok". But after that we received at least 3 calls asking when are we vacating and each time we had to say that we requested late check out. the good sides is that very close to a great fitness centre, convenience store, lots of american and european youngsters stay in this hotel. metro station very close (5 mins walk). Free wi-fi. They claim it is 4 star, I say it is a typical soviet hotel upgraded to meet the modern tastes, but it does it on 3/5.

Modern hotel , close to Transportation ,friendly staff

good for busines people: close to subway, many opportunities arround

The Hotel is very good, clean, safe, and easy to reach by subway. The room was clean, comfortable and quite. The overall experience was very good. The only down side was that the luggage storage was full at 11.00 am so I had to carry with me my luggage.

This is the most affordable hotel in Moscow. Easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was very good. Hotel staff could be more friendlier.

Hi, Recently stayed here and my exprience what pleasant. Very helpful and accommodating staff. It is not difficult to get to and it's in a nice section. I would definately stay here again.

We arrived and were treated very well. Everyone was polite and really did their job well. The rooms were great value for the money and we ate at the new patio lounge that had sofas to sit on while eating. It was truly wonderful. We hope to stay here next time we go to Russia

This hotel is part of a four-hotel buildings complex that has been built for the international guests of the Moscow 1980 Olympics. Hence the planning is soviet-style - cramped rooms, although not as in Paris:). This specific building has been completely renovated and is now Best Western. Overall a good value, although if you mind getting around by metro, the traffic in this part of Moscow is heavy (easily 45-60 mins to Kremlin on a weekday), so plan accordingly. The scene outside is glum, except for the Ismailovskiy Park adjacent to the hotel. In reality a blue-collar neighborhood. I have stayed only in First Class Queen Bed room (OK) and in First Class Suite (1BR), so don't know what the econ rooms are like. The 1BR suite is really a nice option, nothing matching in Moscow in terms of value. But I hate metro, so the commute in traffic kills the fun for me and I am not likely to stay here again. There is a 24hr room service and restaurant downstairs, and the whole 4-building complex hosting over 1,000 rooms in total, there is plenty of 24h convenience mini markets, cafes, etc. Some working girls always in the lobby, although 3s and 4s at best. But on a weekend there is an amazing flea market in Ismailovskiy Park, worth a visit, and overall for tourist class, I would think this is one of the best options, as metro is super efficient and scenic!
