Super friendly staff. Comfortable bed. 20-25 minutes from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Just what we needed.
The beds!!! So comfy! Room spacious. Loved having a frig and microwave in the roomm even though restaurants were all around us.
Close to freeway. Also liked the couch for sleeping as we had our 3 kids along. Did Not like the smell of weed everywhere and the rooms carpet was damp, really hope it was freshly cleaned.
Room was dirty; had a cockroach crawling in the bathtub during a middle of the night bathroom trip. Asked about a crib/sleep space for the baby and was told that they don’t have any (Orbitz booking said they did or we wouldn’t have booked the property). I had to inquire about linens for the sofa sleeper, and was told they only had 1 pillow left. Pool and fitness center are still closed, and vending area was just an ice machine. I could go on, but overall it was a subpar experience.

Area was not great. Hotel was just ok. Room was not particularly clean, carpet needed to be replaced, stained and needed a cleaning.
The night manager has worst customer service in the world elevator dose not work u had to walk up 3 flights of stairs I rented 2 rooms my guest where locked out room for 2 hours with no help will never stay there again
The staff was happy, helpful and facility was clean. The parking was not the best and could be approved.
