Staff was great, easy check-in, clean rooms. One of the mirrored sliding closet doors was broken and off the track, the vent fan cover was broken in the bathroom and sitting on a shelf in the closet. Staff said it had already been noted. Still a nice stay.
AC was awfully loud in our room. Towels were sandpaper and maids wouldn’t enter room to clean or take out trash or restock supplies.

I woke up at midnight to a bed filled bed bugs. The staff was not helpful and still have not provided a refund. I had a reaction to the bites and had to go to the urgent care. Even with pictures of the bugs and my health situation, they didn't acknowledge me.

The host that registered was good, recommended restaurant and directed us the way They didn’t give us a grab & go breakfast as was mentioned on registration and or offered juice that are already poured sitting at the clerk office
