The staff was very nice. The room was very nice and clean

power outage on the morning we were supposed to be going to a funeral. not even the exit signs were lit up which is against code. when asked about it the staff said weather even though it was barely raining so they lied, clearly. the breakfast was inedible, crusty pancakes, slimey sausage, chemical cereal and yogurt. the bar is closed bc they lost their liquor license, pool and hot tub closed for "maintenance" which is a lie. when waiting downstairs for our other guest to find her way downstairs in the dark, we overheard a man at the desk saying how cold his shower was and again, the front desk said it was the weather. everything about this hotel given to some kids by mommy and daddy is just awful, stay away and just pay the extra money and stay somewhere else, not worth it.

This Cambria Suites has changed hands and is not at the same level as my prior experience. There is now no restaurant or bar in the lobby. There were unexpected signs of disrepair in the room. Old and rusted towel rack in bathroom. Ripped, tilted and dirty lamp shades. Excessive rust and dirt on the bedside lamp. The TV in the living room area did not have all the channels working. The bed was a little on the hard side. The window was very dirty / cloudy. I would stay here again but wouldn't spend much over $100 a night.

Very disappointed in the condition of the property.I have stayed at this property several times in the last 13 years and WOW it is in bad shape. I took several photos of the condition of the property from the wall paper being ripped and falling, red stains through the walls , curtains failing down, ripped chairs , clear “skunk” smell upon entering the room that was spotted to be camouflaged with room deodorizer, holes in thr curtains and no toilet paper holder. Bar is completely closed and when I was leaving the lobby at 0430 the guy behind the desk was wearing the same neon type hoodie with it pulled over his head as a road crew that had just passed me, so who would’ve known he was actually a front desk employee. If it wasn’t for the fact I was in only staying a few hours for an early flight and my mother already being on her PJ’s when I arrived I would have definitely left !! Just WOW !! Our room should have been marked down for repairs.

breakfast was horrible what showing pic was all lie

just average, lower on the spectrum in overall experience

Very clean and friendly staff that were helpful. Would stay again for sure

Was there overnight due to flight delayed, staff very friendly and very informative. Staff provided me with shuttle information and was extremely helpful. Navigating through the airport with a two year old, in this unplanned trip, staff went over and above. Thank you

breakfast was mostly gone by 7 am. no coffeemaker in the room despite our request to have it replaced. location ads claim restaurant and bar....there is none anymore

Nice hotel with great room. Very clean and comfortable bed. Also it was very close to the airport.

Just don't book here. Go anywhere else around RDU except for the Cambria. We came back to the hotel on our fifth and final night, and we're greeted by locked doors, and a sign reading "sorry, we are close." We were not called or notified at all of this bizarre closure. We entered via the side door, and got to our room, where we saw someone (likely maintenance) had let themselves in to maybe fix some electrical issues in the ceiling. Again — zero communication to us.

This hotel should be condemned if not already. After checking in and being there a day I return to see they closed and locked the front door only posting a sign saying "sorry we're close." No number, no help or staff, NO CHANCE TO GET YOUR THINGS IN THE ROOM YOU PAID FOR. Their "system was down" the whole weekend, the elevator did not work, the staff was unhelpful. This place is ridiculous.

I would never recommend this hotel again. The customer service was horrible, the spa and pool weren't working, the TV's in our room weren't working properly, the manager acknowledged these issues and promised a discount, which I have not received. He is not returning my phone calls and has done nothing to resolve this issue.

Basic. Clean but pretty used.

Everything about my stay was perfect. Me and my sons had an amazing experience at the hotel. From jus driving into the parking lot and meeting the check in staff was Beautiful. Ill be staying there again. I recommend everyone to check them out. This hotel has the most perfect staff and employees that represents Cambria ❤️.

Excellent Room Outstanding Front Desk Employees Room was absolutely stunning!!
