I really needed a cheap place to stay while visiting family. The pictures on here should be ignored. The room is dirty, has roaches, the a/c squeals, the door would not shut,no hot water, tub would not drain. That's just to start. I am not a high maintenance person and I can rough it, but this place should not even be in business. When we checked in, we left because it was late and we drove in to see some family. There will be NO refund after 15minutes of being checked in. My husband and I would not even leave our bags there. We packed up each morning. I was not able to sleep at all. Just pay the extra and stay somewhere else. Sleep in your car at the rest area. Just don't stay here.

I went with Days Inn because they had a reasonable room rate and only $10 per pet fee. After I noticed the policy stating 20 pound size limit on dogs, I called to cancel my reservation (I have a large dog) and was assured by their staff that wouldn't be a problem. Upon arrival, I was told the fee was now $20 per pet since I have a large dog (or $40+tax for my 2 little ones) and that I had to pay cash only. The room was overall unclean and poorly maintained - there were hairs on the toilet, the tissue box had one single tissue in it, the bedspread was stained, and the alarm clock and lamps had no wall outlets to plug into - they were just there for show. Also, after an hour or 2, both of my dogs had started itching all over so I assume the room has fleas. I will not be returning to this chain again, as I expect a cleaner environment, even for a low-budget hotel.

It was a very good home base for the various attractions in the area..The staff was very courteous, rooms are a a little outdated but comfortable

Needs to be updated. No light bulbs. Wants you to reuse towels which is very gross. They toilet paper dispenser was falling out of the wall. Bug dead behind the door. People outside throwing stuff against the wall. Overall experience very poor glad I only slept there for one night.

was a great deal for an overnight stay. nothing special, but clean and convenient.

room wasn't clean old cigarrette butts on the floor, remote didn't work. Good points not too far from Gatlinburg, The Smokies and Pigeon Forge. Slept on top of the comforter with my own blanket and pillow

Pretty standard accomodations.

the in room coffee was awful cant say anything good about the beds either, the lady working the desk on the weekend was very nice though i wont go there again, for the price you can go somewhere just as nice with a pool and hopefully better beds

In a bend of Interstate 40. Unbelievable road noise. The bed was a brick, if not harder.

This was hands down the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Filthy, sketchy, ugh, you couldn't pay me to go back there. We travel about 80 days a year on business and have stayed at some of the lowest end motels out there, but this took the cake for the worst. Don't do it. $20 extra dollars a night goes a long way and will be well worth it!

Clean and comfortable. Motel is in good condition, and restaurants are nearby.

over all it is a good stay . break fast was awesome and we had full stomach :) for some reason, the bath tub water and rest room water did not flow properly in my room only. My friend stayed in next room and he didnt have this issue. We didnt report this as we stayed only for two nights. over all it is good.

My stay was good. I didn't have any problems with the room. It was nice and clean. The main thing lacking at this hotel was the continental breakfast. I think there could have been more choices for breakfast. Other then that my stay was very good.
