One of the entrances would not let me in even after I went back to the front desk and they reset the keys. Luckily the other entrance to the building worked fine. The carpet was a little sticky in one spot but the bed was comfortable. It seemed quiet while I was there .

I had made a reservation in July for staying at this hotel. When I arrived I was told I had no reservation and the hotel was full. They told me it was Orbitz fault. Orbitz told me it was the hotel's fault. I don't know who's fault it was, but the staff was not in the least concerned that I had no where to stay for the night. I had to drive an hour away to find a hotel. People in the service industry should at least care about their customers. Their attitude to me was too bad so sad. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.
Didn't get the free meal at Penny's Diner but they said they were working with Orbitz to correct the verbage.
Verify affordable for good comfortable accommodations.
We were here to visit my family and friends. We went to see KISS live in Cheyenne, WY.
The Oak Tree is your basic small town hotel chain. Nice clean rooms with a great staff. Exactly what you want. The deal included breakfast. That ends up being a coupon for a free meal at Penny's Diner just in front of the hotel. GREAT BREAKFAST! You can even use the coupon for other meals if you are not a breakfast eater. I will return to the Oak Tree.
My room was very comfortable but a fellow traveler had to choose between a recliner and a coffee pot. The restauran in fron has great breakfasts and gigantic cinnamon rolls. Not the motels fault, but there seem to be a lot of trains coming thru Morrill
Hotel was good. Little bit expensive for location, Was told by desk clerk that I qouls have gotten better deal going direct with them.

Excellent customer service. Even though we were arriving at an unorthodox time, (6:30 am after having driven for 12 hours to pick up our son from the hospital in Scotts Bluff Nebraska) we were treated with courtesy and efficency and were even given the option of staying beyond normal checkout. Room was very nicely kept, the beds were cmfortable and the window trreatment was very good at keeping the room dark-something that is overlooked in many other lodging facilities I have stayed in. And the price was just right. Overall I would rate this stay as Awesome

Wonderful friendly service. Diner next door open 24hrs and has great food. Room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. The only reason is didn't get 5 stars was the lack of a pool. I would recommend this hotel to my mother and that's saying a lot!
