This was a nice hotel overall, the only complaint I have is how noisy the AC was. It almost made it hard for me to sleep. The bed being really comfortable made it better!

Unfortunately the floors of the hotel room were very dirty and the shower head was leaking quite bad. Additionally the property had EV chargers on site but all have been broken for more than 3 months.
The central location to shopping, theatres restaurants, other attractions was magnificent. I will choose this hotel in this location whenever I am in the area!
The property is in a prime area close to all types of eatery establishment, stores and a close freeway entrance and exit. What i was disappointed in was we had an electric vehicle and needed to charge at night after our excursions. We found out on the 3rd night that their charging stations were not in working condition and we had to go find another place to charge our car. We wasted a lot of time doing this.

The properties arecall different. I thought the one in moreno valley actually had an onsite restaurant. It did not. It did have a spa. And they put my room directly across from the spa which was loud. The cleaning staff were annoying as they literally ignored the DO NOT DISTURB sign . One of the staff actually entered my room unannounced 😱 then apologized when i looked at him like he was insane. Definitely needs a manager or supervisor on site. The breakfast room was packed as if it were Applebees. And the breakfast was either out of a can or shipped or thawed. So i didnt understand the rush. Coffee was bad. Heres the thing . They advertise as if this is a luxury spa resort . It is not.
