Great group of entertainers both day and night. Thank you: Chufly, Julio Nice, Hectar Santos, Chiguagua, Candy and Quimito. They all made us feel at home and taught me about their culture and asked about ours. Very thoughtful group
For what you get is the most expensive hotel I have paid. The price of the room doesn't go with the quality of the service. First the personal at the front desk does not give you a warm welcome. St night you walk trough corridors without light you need to look for the interruptor to turn it on. The size of the sheets did not match the size of the bed. The photo probes it. The maid leaves the seat toilet wet. You can hear all what others said or "make" in the next room. There are parties and you don't have parking place because it is full with the party guests. Besides we park the car in a small place in the parking lot and we get the car damaged. At the restaurant they serve margarine instead of butter. Well the list can go further, this is really a warning!
We stayed here two nights. Good location and the rest of the stuff are quite simple and basic. Excellent staff. Most of the people who come here are wedding guests as a result kind of loud and noisy at odd hours. Avoid the breakfast, unless it is free.
Awesome pools, the rooms are fine, the restaurant is very good for breakfasts and have an early bar policy. loved the service too, the people that work there is very kind, and the location is very good, I strongly recommend it.
Came to this joint for a wedding. Huge mistake. Cuernavaca is a pretty warm place and the room went from stuffy to unbearable in a couple of hours! As I write this I'm lying in bed thinking "WHY GOD?! WHY????!!!!" I find it really hard to believe that management cannot invest in something like AC which has to be a MUST in hot weathers! The staff is courteous and the hotel is ok in general.
I stayed at this hotel recently, and I must say I loved it. I stayed at the both rooms, but did not like the regular room. If you are going to stay at this hotel, I recommend the deluxe room. It is very clean, it is very nice and relaxing. The hotel's location is really close to the main attraction points of the area. The customer service was great, they were able to upgrade our room because of an issue we had. My husband and I loved this hotel and for sure want to come back!!! The receptionist Enrique has great customer service, made us feel very welcome and want to come back!!!
I came to this hotel as a business traveler with the goal of having a strong internet connection. Although I found it to be very business friendly, with great wifi, it was also noisy. I could hear every conversation and every foot step outside my door. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast, which comes at an extra cost, was delicious. You will have to take a taxi as it is not within walking distance to get to other restaurants or sites. The décor is bland and basic. Be sure to ask for extra blankets on chilly nights.
I came to this hotel as I wanted to have a little time for myself and relax. Hotel is located very close to several interesting points on the city, no more of 10 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes to main comercial streets but at the same time is quiet. This hotel had some upgrades in 2010 or so, the pool and gardens are good. pool is somewhat old but is nice and big. This is good as you can relax without having children splashing near. Rooms are simple and functional. beware, this is not luxury so you wont find A/C or thousands of channels on TV. But the price is fair for what you get. Service can do more for guests, and assist more. Also I think that the food on restaurant can improve, because is expensive but this is not reflected on quality.
We came in a group of 8 late in the afternoon and arrive to the hotel. Rooms had no water, they were dirty and when we arrived to the bedroom I found a scorpion two inches big Since we were tired had to stay they and killed it. Next morning I asked for a refund or deduction in the terrible service and the manager Efren Perez said that everything was the way it was. So don't go only if you want to have a bad time
I was desperate when I found this hotel. It looks very nice on the outside. The rooms are very basic and I mean basic. I had to ask for a lamp so I could read. There were no blankets. I woke up cold and had to put on extra clothes. There is a couch to sit on but you cannot see the tv nor read on the couch. I don't get why there is a couch without end tables, lamp or anything to make the situation comfortable. The breakfast included is passable. They se cremora instead of milk or cream. No gym for this price. Shower water was lukewarm. Stay somewhere else if you can. The hotel is obviously trying to cut a lot of corners. There is a room safe which is good. Bed is comfortable.
