Attended a destination wedding. Gardens were beautiful but the room is old and not very well maintained

This place is the epitome of fake nice: attractive setting, a range of decent facilities, good reputation, but overall lacking. Mediocre food, halfway decent room, expensive everything, exorbitant extra costs for every last thing, including drinking water for the room and wifi. For sure a nice place, but for the cost and hassle of simple things there, time and money is way better spent at other places in the area.

No respetaron el tipo de habitación bajo el argumento de haber reservado vía portal distinto a ellos.

Its an amazing place, you feel like you are in the middle of nature a lot of plants and vegetation and in a japanese construction design very classic

Very Nice Hotel, Good Food at the Restaurant. The room is very clean, 2 Queen beds, nice view to the pool.

was the worse bed of me live..................it's incredible they dont have a good bed in this big hotel, in Cuernavaca, Mexico.

The pools, tennis courts and gardens are very nice. However, the rooms are very basic, which is fine for one night.

This is a splendid getaway with great landscapes. The sad part is when you get to your room. The layout of a deluxe room is average but the bed and pillows are very hard and the closet smells like mould. The vanity lights are not enough to make you beautiful. I would definitely think twice before staying there again.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing gardens and scenery. Food pretty good. My room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that needs to be updated is the television. Staff very helpful. I would not hesitate to go back.

The hotel was really beautiful. Nice gardens. The staff is nice and helpful. The only big drawback is that the hotel is far from everything. You need a taxi. The taxi system is not that good. They are expensive compared to others and they only have one company working at the hotel. Regarding transportation to the airport in Mexico City, in the mornings you can only take the private transportation, no taxi, and is more than double. The other option is taking a Bus.

Good place to relaxed and enjoy good food, but servie is only average and facilities and rooms begin to look old.

Cuernavaca is a beautiful city. Going downtown and taking the turibus was wonderful

We came as a family to Camino Real Sumiya to get away from the craziness of the swine flu in Mexico (where we're living for a year). It was very relaxing with stunning buildings and gardens. The kids spent all their time with other kids in the pool, so it was fun. The rooms were very small and they were a little disorganized for our check-in and check-out. Like when I pointed out that they forgot to bill us for a dinner, it took them forever to correct and and finally we just went back to the pool and swam while they figured it out. But all in all it was very relaxing and a good get-away.

EXTERIOR OF ROOM BUILDINGS NEEDS SOME RENEWAL. PRETTY NICE ROOMS.

The entire experience is simply beyond words for us. I have never stayed anywhere nearly as beautiful & staffed with such competent & courteous a staff. Everyone from the valets to the mgr. the front desk went out of their way to accommodate us. Finally after checking out of the hotel on the last day of our trip my husband forgot his brand new jacket in the room(never wore it because the gorgeous trees from the room to the restaurant & the lobby protected us from the rain)My daughter, who is living with a host family & attending school in Cuernavaca called the hotel & they sent it to her in a taxi. Now that is above & beyond what I would expect . Incidentally, we have stayed at various 4 star resorts & this surpasses them all. I have taken pictures & showing them to all of our friends. Looking forward to returning.
