Good location to downtown stayed with room overlooking the city so got a little traffic noise during the early hours of the morning. The room next to mine had a group who were celebrating and got to listen to most of their party. The restaurant had good service and the meal was good both in price and quality. Desk clerk was friendly and professional. Room itself was clean and the property was also clean and location was good as well.

can not complain what you pay for. room has 4bed in it good for large families room need little updating otherwise everything's ok. breakfast buffet is nice. and service is nice. location is front of park. nice to just walking at morning !

19°41'47.26"N 101°10'50.34"W When entering, the reception is in front of you. We had reserved but there seemed to be a problem with our room. So they gave us the suite at the same price. A truly beautifull room (321). However, the mattress for the king size bed is composed of two mattresses that were not firm enough for our taste so we changed room. As of the time of this writing, there was no internet on the 3rd floor. This new room had everything that a room should have. (202). A few problems: the internet didn’t work and the television reception was poor. These were not fixed. It must however be remembered that this was a holiday period (November 1st, dia de los muertos). The bathroom is very well equipped with a bath carpet and a space for your shower products as well as a hair dryer. There is an exercise room on the second floor close to the elevator. Parking is available below the first floor which is called PB for planta baja. Location is excellent especially if you have young children for the Parque Cuauhtemoc is across the street. This is an amusement park that has everything for young and very young children. There is also a restaurant with very good prices for a hotel restaurant. We also stayed 1 other night in room 218. This was a room with 2 queen size bed and extremely comfortable. I recommend this hotel but suggest you reserve through the internet to make sure of the price you will pay. Rooms with a better view are: 113 to 121, 213 to 221 and 313 to 321. 321 is the suite.

Very clean, organized, modern hotel. Amazing food and free wifi. Would be one of my favourite hotels in morelia. The service is also pretty fast. Place for parking too and a lift to take you up. Very convenient. Very happy.

This Hotel was just remodeled. It is very beautiful and the rooms are very spacious. We were treated as if we were family. Everyone is very courteous. The restaurant's food is so delicious and the Buffett was extraordinary. They had Authentic foods from Michoacan. From the tamales to the sopa tarasca. My family and I can't wait to book our summer trip and stay there. Owners are AMAZING.

Second time I stay here, average hotel, but clean, service OK, fre wifi only in public areas, free parking underground, corner store and cheap eats within walking distance, walkable distance from historic down town, just don't walk at night. They need to upgrade tv sets, they're old. Noisy during day time, quiet at night. TIP: Reserve on line, you'll save 25%

Never stay there,a bad experience in a beautiful city, this hotel is old, noisy, the bathroom disgusting, disgusting. Find another hotel, never stayed there.

This is a well located hotel in Morelia, near downtown. Rates are fair for a 3 or 4 star hotel but not for this one. I paid 650 pesos for an ugly, noisy, dated room. The bedspread seems like some ghost from the sixties. Tacky is the word for this hotel. Tha bathroom has ceramic tile, which is broken and towels are filthy. The worst thing is that the room "smells" and you have have traffic all night. Don't recommend it, unless you have to stay here
