Rooms are clean but dated. The air/heating unit is quite noisy. Coffee pot, alarm clock and desk lamp all not plugged in and took some time to figure out there was a power bar built into the front on the desk. Pool and hot tub are were clean but again, dated. No safety rail for getting in and out of the pool. And the steps into the pool were slippery and tiles missing, cut a toe while getting out. And woken up at 7 am by someone banging an aluminum ladder against the windows.
Swimming pool and hot tub amazing! Feeling Human again after the drive! Room is basic but all amenities are great! Check in with Raman courteous and so Happy! Doesn't look like much outside, but easy to find and easy access off Highway #1! If you don't want to drive around downtown Moose Jaw, then this is the place! Yes the rooms could use an update, but very clean and all amenities great!
This is now our second day of a 20 day road trip. Construction everywhere so simply enjoyed the scenery along the flat roads of Manitoba and Sasketchewan. We arrived at Knights Inn, Moose Jaw around 8:30 pm their time, our time is 10:30 pm, we were able to get an extra two hours of rest.. Hotel is old and needs a touch up but there was no one there except for a least four cars parked for the night. The receptionist was very accommodating, I asked for a lower level this time. Soap was so thin so sorry I cannot even open the shampoo packet. Unfortunately, we did not experience breakfast as we left the hotel at 6:00 am their time. I believe they are trying to please people just like us.. they are trying.
I was on my way through Moose Jaw and stayed over night. The next day when I left I forgot my iPad in my room. I called a couple days later after realizing and they were very honest and said yes they have it , so on my travels coming back through Moose Jaw I booked another stay And they forwarded my iPad upon arrival. The inn is very quiet and I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Also have a pretty flat screen tv in the rooms. Well worth the stay Thx again to the staff 👍🏾👍🏾
It's so hot it's impossible to sleep. Cool air is as loud as a tractor trailer and is inches from bed so it blows directly on you giving me a sore throat in minutes. No one answers at the front desk to help. Terrible experience here. 👎
our room was very clean and looked like it had been updated. Fridge and Microwave looked knew. NO BREAKFAST ONLY STND UP COFFEE AND CEREAL SO WE LEFT AT 7 A&W up the street property needs updating entire place looks old and tired
This place was awful. Upon going into the room and starting to get settled the little bugs one in following picture decided to say hi. Did not leave ANYTHING unzipped or opened. The bathroom was small the toilet not big enough for anyone to do both duties in safely. This morning in the bathroom were at least 10 of these bugs. No one was around to let in on this little "delight" and my check out was apparently done when I checked in because there wasn't anyone in sight. I"VE NEVER SEEN A BED BUG AND HOPING THIS IS NOT IT>. will check but wanted to warn people don't stay here. You won't sleep.
Travelling cross country from Water Valley to Winnipeg and after 7 hours driving stopped off at Moose Jaw Knights Inn. This is what it is and under $200 for two rooms and 4 people with breakfast thrown in is a good deal. Hallways are a bit like a cell block but the rooms are spacious although the beds a little soft for me. Coffee making facilities, a microwave? Breakfast go to reception in your night wear if you want and get some cereal and toast. This is good basic accommodation.
We travel through Moose Jaw often for work. I have to say we've stayed all across Canada and into the states for work and this hotel by far has the most comfortable beds anywhere. Hot tub could be a bit warmer, but the pool is nice. It's always been a nice quiet stay, the rooms are clean and with updated furnishings, and the staff are always pleasant. :)
We stopped here later in the evening pulling a horse trailer with a horse inside that had been hauled for many many miles. When I asked the man at the front desk about how I could watch my horse overnight he made sure I could park my trailer right next to my room. He also had no problem with me walking and grazing my horse on some grass close to the building in some lamp light. These guys were awesome! So helpful in making sure I had a restful night despite having a horse to worry about. I would recommend them to anyone staying in Moose Jaw.
