I was on my way through Moose Jaw and stayed over night. The next day when I left I forgot my iPad in my room. I called a couple days later after realizing and they were very honest and said yes they have it , so on my travels coming back through Moose Jaw I booked another stay And they forwarded my iPad upon arrival. The inn is very quiet and I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Also have a pretty flat screen tv in the rooms. Well worth the stay Thx again to the staff 👍🏾👍🏾
It's so hot it's impossible to sleep. Cool air is as loud as a tractor trailer and is inches from bed so it blows directly on you giving me a sore throat in minutes. No one answers at the front desk to help. Terrible experience here. 👎
our room was very clean and looked like it had been updated. Fridge and Microwave looked knew. NO BREAKFAST ONLY STND UP COFFEE AND CEREAL SO WE LEFT AT 7 A&W up the street property needs updating entire place looks old and tired
This place was awful. Upon going into the room and starting to get settled the little bugs one in following picture decided to say hi. Did not leave ANYTHING unzipped or opened. The bathroom was small the toilet not big enough for anyone to do both duties in safely. This morning in the bathroom were at least 10 of these bugs. No one was around to let in on this little "delight" and my check out was apparently done when I checked in because there wasn't anyone in sight. I"VE NEVER SEEN A BED BUG AND HOPING THIS IS NOT IT>. will check but wanted to warn people don't stay here. You won't sleep.
Travelling cross country from Water Valley to Winnipeg and after 7 hours driving stopped off at Moose Jaw Knights Inn. This is what it is and under $200 for two rooms and 4 people with breakfast thrown in is a good deal. Hallways are a bit like a cell block but the rooms are spacious although the beds a little soft for me. Coffee making facilities, a microwave? Breakfast go to reception in your night wear if you want and get some cereal and toast. This is good basic accommodation.
We travel through Moose Jaw often for work. I have to say we've stayed all across Canada and into the states for work and this hotel by far has the most comfortable beds anywhere. Hot tub could be a bit warmer, but the pool is nice. It's always been a nice quiet stay, the rooms are clean and with updated furnishings, and the staff are always pleasant. :)
We stopped here later in the evening pulling a horse trailer with a horse inside that had been hauled for many many miles. When I asked the man at the front desk about how I could watch my horse overnight he made sure I could park my trailer right next to my room. He also had no problem with me walking and grazing my horse on some grass close to the building in some lamp light. These guys were awesome! So helpful in making sure I had a restful night despite having a horse to worry about. I would recommend them to anyone staying in Moose Jaw.
The hotel very pleasant, employees (1 person) very nice. Bathroom was very clean, clean towels -and roomy. Now that the air conditioner was very noisy, beds very soft and clean .Problem Breakfast very poor and not even a chair, we did not eat as we have seen, the butter is for all common guests. In general, the hotel is only recommended for stopover. We visited the hotel 2 times.
The hotel is not fancy but we found it was clean and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast in the mornimg was good. The beds were very soft, too soft for my liking but comfortable enough. We felt it was okay for the cost.
This place is a dump. The bed was the only thing that I can say was good. The bathroom was dirty - the dust just fell off in clumps from the bottle opener. The air conditioner was very loud and ineffective. It shut off and on every 3 minutes. When my husband mentioned it to the front desk at check out they didn't say sorry but said why didn't you tell us? I'm going to call the front desk at 11 pm and complain when I needed to get up at 6:00 am. I don't think so. The pool area was dark, dingy and the water looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. I would never let a child play or swim in it. This place should not be a Wyndham hotel. They said there was a free breakfast but it was cold cereal and a toaster was available.
