The room condition was foul and smelled of urine. The manager, I spoke with after having to follow up on my refund the third time was rude, extremely terrible customer service here. She would not even authorize a full refund for the unsanitary conditions. She told me to call IHG. When I asked for the number she rudely told me to look it up online. We were traveling for a soccer tournament and other team mates that unfortunately booked there, including the coach, also left due to the unsanitary hotel and room conditions. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!!!
The staff were excellent. The breakfast lounge off the lobby was spotless with a great selection. The lady in charge (Diane) was very professional.

Fitness center tiny, TINY! But at least all equipment worked. Old, but worked. Rooms were very tiny, no counter space in bathroom. Luggage carts needed the bottoms replaced as they were very stained. Linens needed replacing as they were thin.
Not sure why this hotel was rated excellent. It was clean but definitely shows signs of worn. Location is good with many nearby restaurants
It was easy to check in, amenities were nice, bed was comfy. I was only there for a quick 8 hour stay in between driving to Florida so can't really say anything about house cleaning. Check out was also quick and painless. Would recommend the place.

Great location for visiting race shops in the area. Staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good.
Hotel is clean and quiet. I needed a room and was traveling with my dog and they could not have been nicer. The pet fee was reasonable, and the room I got was clean and comfortable. Some hotels think that dog friendly rooms mean older less maintained rooms. My only suggestion, next time the rooms are remodeled or beds are replaced would be to get beds that are a bit shorter. I travel with a dog (but my friends that travel with kids or older folks) and and these beds are a good jump up to get into. I know it looks nice, but it’s a bit impractical. My dog is super tall and even he had trouble jumping up onto the bed.

We had a great stay here. Perfect location for our trip back from Florida to Ohio. Only downside is pool was closed, but probably a little cool anyway. Would definitely stay here again.
I reserved this room for myself and three of my bridesmaids, we had a fabulous time! All of the staff was a pleasure to work with and were so inviting! Definitely recommending!
Fantastic hotel! Checked in late after a 300 miles drive. Great breakfast that satisfied myself, my wife, and our picky 5 year old daughter. The room was large, well kept, and clean. Couldn't ask for an easier stay. Close the the car dealer we were buying our new car at the next day, as well as within 1 mile of the rental car place so we could turn in our loaner. I'd stay again for sure. Thanks for the easy night!
