The bed was uncomfortable and the room was hot despite adjusting the hvac unit. Housekeeping didn’t take care of our room while we were out and about. The room was nice. The frosted glass doors are aesthetic but offer limited privacy to those staying in the room. There were a lot of unattended children and teenagers using the facilities (pool, exercise room, etc.) who also roamed the halls at night.
The only saving grace to this property was the friendliness of the front desk team. The first room I was given (214) the deadbolt would not unlock from the inside and the security flap was missing. The lady from the front desk had to come and let me out of the room. I was reassigned to a new room. The room was filthy. Crumbs in the pull out bed, hair in the main bed, sheet rock falling off the walls, badly ripped sofa cushions, a hole in the towel, caked on food in the microwave. Breakfast was less than desirable with the oatmeal floating in water and the cartons of milk frozen solid. We ended up checking out and going to a hotel next door.
The light in the shower room was faulty and the couch had stains. Other then that the place was quiet. Which made it easy to sleep.
Wonderful layout. Super comfy beds and tasty breakfast.
This was a great place to stay! The rooms were large and our little one could run around and have a good time. This will be our go to when we are in the area!

The best hotel stay I have had in a while. Very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was great and the location was so close to everything. Definitely recommend and will be back in the future!
