had to make a stop on a trip and this was available. Ramada had been well received before, but this one needs major makeover and has strange policies of taking a $100 credit card "deposit" to cover damages. staff were uninterested.

Staff in the hotel and adjoining restaurant where all extremely polite and accommodating. The work out room only had 1 fully functioning piece of equipment. But who really works out at a hotel? The grounds were beautiful. Rooms were spacious. Not a lot noise. Brewery was a short walk from the hotel.

The hotel is in a great area and the hotel grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The first night I was in the room the heat was off and the room was freezing. It took an entire day for the room to warm up so getting to sleep the first night was quite a challenge. The second night I was there, I don't know what must have been on the sheets or blankets but I had a fully body breakout in hives that lasted the entire next day. I don't know what on the sheets caused that severe of an allergic reaction but I was glad not to have to sleep on the bed another night. I checked the bed for fleas and bed bugs and there didn't appear to be any.

Went through 3rd party purchased months in advance, they charged me again, I'm still waiting for my refund. Pretty sure 90% of the people staying live there full time & gathered outside the doors partying all night. One light worked in the whole room, the bathroom.

Arrived late and had to wait 1/2 hour for front clerk to open door

Staff was pleasant. Room ... had a hole in the bedside chair and tub peeling. It was a $66 room for travelers who want to get out of their car. The bed was comfortable.

Wanted to like it so much, because of the location and convenience. Hotel was not clean. It was apparent bathrooms and shower were never cleaned. Stayed there for five days and no one came in to replace towels or basic toiletries, and of course no one cleaned while I was there. Even went to the front desk on numerous occasions to get replacements and there would always be a sign that said be back in 10 minutes.

Rude staff, stinky rooms, dirty, no cleaning services, breakfast is empty promise, dirty coffee, staff got mad when requested towels And vacuum. After charged all 3 c cards over $1k

The heat didn't appear to warm the room properly. I was freezing and I had to sleep with my cloth on.

I had stayed here once before and had a bad experience. I was told that it was a one time issue and things had been fixed. They were not. The currents still do not cover the entire window. People can look into your rooms. Trash on the floor in our room and dirty carpet when we checked in. Coffee in room not replaced and room not cleaned until you leave. Locks on sliding glass doors broken. They placed a piece of rough cut wood in the door to keep it from opening. Breakfast was stale bagels, cereal or waffle batter that was to thick to use. Also the syrup was missing. It snowed again and the sidewalks iced over. They did not shovel or salt the walkways. Very slippery

The curtains did not completely cover the windows, there was ice and snow all over the sidewalks for days. They did not even attempt to removed it. The carpet was not vacuumed. Front desk was slow and not friendly. The shower had mold and the safety handle was loose and falling out of the wall.

Room was freezing and the desk staff basically told me to deal with it; they would send someone in the morning, but before they could send someone to deal with that they had to send someone to get the hot water working. Also bothersome that you literally have to get in your car and drive to the free breakfast, which was not up to par.

Bathroom drywall and paint finish falling off the ceiling

The carpeting had not been vacuumed and the curtains did not cover all of the window (sliding glass door. The bed was fairly comfortable, but can't say much for the pillows. The breakfast was very basic, but they had coffee and yogurt which was fine with me. Based on the price of the room, we got what we paid for.

The staff were very nice and the view was incredible. The hotel is a remodeled old-style place that has it's own charm. I found the room to be comfortable, the location was good, and the staff very nice.

This is an older motel with major flaws, I will never stay here again, I pay more to go to a newer Hampton inn or Holiday Inn Express. I would recommend that others spend the $20 or $30 more a night and get a better room somewhere else Bad things about my stay at the Ramada Monument: 1)Bathroom issues, mold in tub enclosure & extremely loud exhaust fan 2)Poor Housekeeping, towels not replaced and trash not removed til I asked, what the heck? 3)Major plumbing problems after 2 days and we were relocated to another room, but only after we complained about not having water. Also, the room we were relocated to had a hole in the wall? This relocating, was a major inconvenience and no apologies were offered. 4) Continental Breakfast?? Very, very limited, and never kept stocked. 5)Front Desk unable to give receipt at time of checkout, also failing to return my $100 incidental charge and its been 4 days since checkout??? I had to contact them, another sorry from them and told oh that will be another 3 to 5 days til I see the charge taken off my credit card. I'm very easy going, but these bad things just kept piling up.

DIRTY!! 1st room they sent us to had not been cleaned, bed was unmade, box of wine sitting on the counter. Next room had mouse poo on the floor in the bathroom, spider nests (not webs) in the corners on the ceiling. Smelled horrible. $100 surprise cleaning deposit - FYI, we could've trashed the room and replacement value would have been lower than that. They charged my credit card the deposit, 4 days later, it still has not been credited back to my card yet. We've stayed in Ramada's for 20+ years, this is the bottom of the barrel.

100$ deposit seems to be a bit much. Overall stay was mediocre. Stayed 4 nights and they cleaned our room twice. Okay hotel for the price.

Honestly, we were not happy with our stay with Ramada Monument. I normally never write reviews, but I was so miserable during our one-night stay, I needed to say something. Room cleanliness was the major issue. The room smelled like feet! No joke. I couldn't relax and enjoy our vacation because I was so uncomfortable with the smell, thus questioning the cleanliness of our room. Why did our room smell so bad? So thanks to Orbtiz for offering us a "deal" on a horrible hotel, and thanks to the mediocre customer service at Ramada Monument. We had a great time in the Springs, but next time, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

As Ramada hotel's go this was more of a motel 6 room durty unkept , lighting outside of rooms was poor dark restaurant was open no staff to be found sliding door to balcony lock was a stick was charged an. Additional 100$ deposit for room ( was told would be returned in 3 to 5 workking days) would not stay there again

I was sorry to hear you didn't have an excellent stay with us. Fortunately we do not have fleas or bedbugs but I'm stymied as to what could have caused the allergic reaction. I can't imagine it's our laundry detergent because the reaction didn't happen the first night. We will investigate this situation to the best of our abilities. If you are able to contact us and provide more information, it would be welcome. Thank you

Dear valued guest, Thank you for your feedback. We always encourage our guests that for whatever reason if n issue does occur to bring it to the attention of the front desk staff so that we can correct the issue so that you may have an enjoyable stay here with us. We do service guest rooms either daily, or every other day depending on the preference of the guest. If there is a "Do not Disturb" sign on the door then housekeeping will not enter that room and the room will not receive service at that time. Sometimes the front desk staff may need to leave the desk to inspect rooms or help a guest out with something out on the property, this is usually done in 10 minutes increments, during this time the sign will be present. Once the front desk staff does return to the desk they will be more than happy to help the guest. Thank you for sharing your experience with us as it is greatly appreciated.
