This hotel has plenty of parking. The lobby was very clean & nice. The lobby is not big enough for team parents to hang out and talk. There are no social areas of the hotel such as a pool or lounge area. The room was clean. Our bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator worked very good. The bathroom was clean. The size of the room was very big. The breakfast service is very slow. They do not serve chocolate milk & the orange juice had a funny taste. Ordered a coffee and the size was comical. Go to St-Viateur Bagel it's nearby and has the best bagels in Montreal. If we could choose a hotel that had more to offer to our team next time I would go with that. Some examples would be a business room for floor hockey set aside for the kids. A lounge area for parents to relax and socialize together. But as a hotel alone it was very nice & we would come back again if no other better options are available. They did speak very good English which made our check in and out very simple.
We drove 2 days from Chicago to see the Marc Chagall exhibit at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. We waited til the last minute and found ourselves in the busiest weekend ever in Montreal, the Grand Prix. Wondering if we would be sleeping in our car as we travelled west in search of a roof over our heads, we found Quality Inn by the airport. What had become a crisis became a welcome mat of Montreal hospitality. Megan and Yani expressed delight in being our host. And then the Shuttle driver chimed in. "Hey. You don't want to drive into town. Take the shuttle to the airport. Pick up the 748 bus to Lionel Groulx. Hop on the Metro." As Rick Steves travelers, we took this as a challenge. Easy. Done. Extraordinary circumstances eased by Montreal hospitality. Truly.
Stayed for the F1 race this weekend. Very quiet despite being right beside the highway. Check in and Check out were easy. There is a restaurant on the main floor that i tried for breakfast one morning. Very good - a little pricey but to be expected. Lots of parking, easy to access, Room was comfortable, four pillows, good size TV. everything worked. Location does not accept AMEX which if found limiting. would recommend for ANY type of visit. Its a pretty good deal within 30 minutes of downtown.
As stated, this place was clean and comfortable. It was, however, overpriced due to the race weekend in Montreal. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Hours for meals at the restaurant were very specific and limited.
I stay here for work and the rooms are a tad older, but always clean and orderly. Each room comes with a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. The room has a private bedroom and a living room/office space with a pull out couch. Solid hotel, and close to a IGA grocery store and drug store, however, about a 15-20min walk to the mall and others stores/restaurants.
Hotel is located at a convenient location just off the airport and highways. Prices are really good but the aspect which impressed me was the size of the room which was massive. HUGE rooms which had a large bathroom and living room area other than the bedroom. Staff were helpful and friendly.
We had a family of 5 stay in the 1 bedroom suite and it was tight, but comfortable. It was clean and the beds were nice... which is most important. The lobby is newly re-done, and it's close to restaurants and the airport. I'd stay again...
The room itself was large and clean, I had no complaints. Two TVs one in the living room, one in the seperate nedroom. The hotel however has no store, no bar but does have a restaurant that has breakfast and then only food like Burgers, hot dogs poutine. Need a pub, store and a better restaurant to make this a choice for business travellers. Had to always drive somewhere even for a Soda. Sometimes nice to just go downstairs have a decent meal and a beer.
I recently stayed at this hotel while in town for a medical appointment. I found the room to be spacious, clean and comfortable. The free parking was a bonus. I did not use other amenities as I had arrived late and left very early. Also during my conversation with the GM, I found Mr. Noel to be very commited to the satisfaction of his guests. Therefore, overall it was a great stay. Great value for the price.
The lobby/ front desk area is very modern, nice, up to date. The interaction I received from the front desk attendant was very transnational, unwelcoming and minimal. Our suite was pretty dated, but was relatively clean and spacious. We noticed the room had a very stale, unpleasant odor which was prominent when we entered the room. Coffee maker had not been cleaned from last guests use which was an unpleasant surprise when we went to make our morning coffee. Based on this experience, I am not sure I would stay at this property again as there are other options in the area.
