I have stayed at this hotel many times and it certainly is not getting any better… It is getting worse. While I was there there was a shutdown of the water supply without any advance notice. It just happened that when I turned on the water it was dark brown. I called the front desk and was told to run the water for a while and it would clear up. Apart from that, the heating system is so terribly noisy that it will either keep you awake or wake you up once you are asleep. All in all not a great value for the money.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Not by our choosing but assigned hotel as in Montreal for a national sport event. Hotel is supposed to have a restaurant which it does but only open for breakfast during their renovation, upon check in they gave us a coupon for $10.00 off a restaurant a few miles away because their restaurant is not open, There are two of us in our room and we get one coupon, and for a restaurant not within walking distance?!? Only one elevator is in use most of the day and it is extremely slow, They have an area in lobby blocked off with caution tape we had to go around....We took stairs most of the time, We could hear the hammers start at 7 am every day!! Loud banging, as I write this we are packing up to check out, it sounds like a drill is coming through our ceiling. They are building beds I think above us😳 There is no deduction in room rate to account for all this! Awful, would never stay here again, and I’m sure once renovations are finished it will be okay, but they should never have been open right now!!

This hotel is located near airport, away from city noise or traffic. The rooms are quiet big and luxury. Hotel staff is also helpful. We enjoyed 2 night stay here. The tariff is also quiet reasonable.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights starting on Sept. 28 and we found the lady on the front desk not friendly at all. We've stayed here before, but we have noticed recently that the quality of the rooms have deteriorated. The carpets need to be cleaned and the rooms have a musty smell and we found the beds to be very uncomfortable. We have stayed at other choice hotels and when we visit the area again, we will be staying elsewhere!

On entry to room ,horrible smell, gym locker would describe smell. Many stains on carpet. Most importantly the bed was terrible.Very hard, many lumps, completely sagged to the middle.Horrible sleep. When we mentioned this to front desk their response was well, we are doing renovations soon and replacing beds, no offer of any compensation at all.We as paying customers should have this info before checking in.Also noticed a lot of conflict between staff.Very expensive for a quality inn,$470.00 for 2 nights.

In July my family stays at this hotel. We are all coffee drinkers, so in the morning my husband as well as my daughter (separately) went to the lobby to ask for an extra pod for the coffee and they were told that they had to go to the restaurant if they wanted coffee. I find that for the price we paid for the room, they could of at least given us an extra coffee. We were very disappointed, we have stayed there many times before and were satisfied but next year we will be staying some place else.

We stayed here for one night before a very early morning flight. The rooms were clean and very large but had a sort of musty type smell to them. We had two rooms and both had the same smell. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We kept our vehicle here for 2 weeks while we returned and everything was fine. The parking spaces are good for all sizes of vehicles. My biggest complaint would be the shuttle driver that drove us to the airport at 4:30 am. He was smoking while loading the luggage into the van and around us as we were waiting to load. I felt is was very unprofessional and didn't appreciate him doing this around my children. He also drove extremely fast and almost slammed into the back of a vehicle. It was very unnerving. The gentleman that picked us up from the airport (I was very reluctant to use the shuttle again) was a different driver and it was a completely different (positive) experience. Based on the experience with the shuttle driver, I wouldn't stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and room. I love the suite as the main room was a king bed and the living room had a double bed to the side (like a den). There's also a living space and mini kitchen (minus the stove). I felt very comfortable in this room and it's quite clean. There is no pool or complimentary breakfast (you get breakfast in a bag). There is however a fitness room and mall,IGA and Wal-Mart around.

We stayed here 4 nights. The hotel is very clean and it's s short walk to the bus to get to the metro and downtown area. There's is a shopping mall with great stores very close by. The hotel staff are friendly and it is reasonable priced.

This hotel has plenty of parking. The lobby was very clean & nice. The lobby is not big enough for team parents to hang out and talk. There are no social areas of the hotel such as a pool or lounge area. The room was clean. Our bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator worked very good. The bathroom was clean. The size of the room was very big. The breakfast service is very slow. They do not serve chocolate milk & the orange juice had a funny taste. Ordered a coffee and the size was comical. Go to St-Viateur Bagel it's nearby and has the best bagels in Montreal. If we could choose a hotel that had more to offer to our team next time I would go with that. Some examples would be a business room for floor hockey set aside for the kids. A lounge area for parents to relax and socialize together. But as a hotel alone it was very nice & we would come back again if no other better options are available. They did speak very good English which made our check in and out very simple.
