In July my family stays at this hotel. We are all coffee drinkers, so in the morning my husband as well as my daughter (separately) went to the lobby to ask for an extra pod for the coffee and they were told that they had to go to the restaurant if they wanted coffee. I find that for the price we paid for the room, they could of at least given us an extra coffee. We were very disappointed, we have stayed there many times before and were satisfied but next year we will be staying some place else.
We stayed here for one night before a very early morning flight. The rooms were clean and very large but had a sort of musty type smell to them. We had two rooms and both had the same smell. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We kept our vehicle here for 2 weeks while we returned and everything was fine. The parking spaces are good for all sizes of vehicles. My biggest complaint would be the shuttle driver that drove us to the airport at 4:30 am. He was smoking while loading the luggage into the van and around us as we were waiting to load. I felt is was very unprofessional and didn't appreciate him doing this around my children. He also drove extremely fast and almost slammed into the back of a vehicle. It was very unnerving. The gentleman that picked us up from the airport (I was very reluctant to use the shuttle again) was a different driver and it was a completely different (positive) experience. Based on the experience with the shuttle driver, I wouldn't stay here again.
Beautiful hotel and room. I love the suite as the main room was a king bed and the living room had a double bed to the side (like a den). There's also a living space and mini kitchen (minus the stove). I felt very comfortable in this room and it's quite clean. There is no pool or complimentary breakfast (you get breakfast in a bag). There is however a fitness room and mall,IGA and Wal-Mart around.
We stayed here 4 nights. The hotel is very clean and it's s short walk to the bus to get to the metro and downtown area. There's is a shopping mall with great stores very close by. The hotel staff are friendly and it is reasonable priced.
This hotel has plenty of parking. The lobby was very clean & nice. The lobby is not big enough for team parents to hang out and talk. There are no social areas of the hotel such as a pool or lounge area. The room was clean. Our bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator worked very good. The bathroom was clean. The size of the room was very big. The breakfast service is very slow. They do not serve chocolate milk & the orange juice had a funny taste. Ordered a coffee and the size was comical. Go to St-Viateur Bagel it's nearby and has the best bagels in Montreal. If we could choose a hotel that had more to offer to our team next time I would go with that. Some examples would be a business room for floor hockey set aside for the kids. A lounge area for parents to relax and socialize together. But as a hotel alone it was very nice & we would come back again if no other better options are available. They did speak very good English which made our check in and out very simple.
We drove 2 days from Chicago to see the Marc Chagall exhibit at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. We waited til the last minute and found ourselves in the busiest weekend ever in Montreal, the Grand Prix. Wondering if we would be sleeping in our car as we travelled west in search of a roof over our heads, we found Quality Inn by the airport. What had become a crisis became a welcome mat of Montreal hospitality. Megan and Yani expressed delight in being our host. And then the Shuttle driver chimed in. "Hey. You don't want to drive into town. Take the shuttle to the airport. Pick up the 748 bus to Lionel Groulx. Hop on the Metro." As Rick Steves travelers, we took this as a challenge. Easy. Done. Extraordinary circumstances eased by Montreal hospitality. Truly.
Stayed for the F1 race this weekend. Very quiet despite being right beside the highway. Check in and Check out were easy. There is a restaurant on the main floor that i tried for breakfast one morning. Very good - a little pricey but to be expected. Lots of parking, easy to access, Room was comfortable, four pillows, good size TV. everything worked. Location does not accept AMEX which if found limiting. would recommend for ANY type of visit. Its a pretty good deal within 30 minutes of downtown.
As stated, this place was clean and comfortable. It was, however, overpriced due to the race weekend in Montreal. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Hours for meals at the restaurant were very specific and limited.
I stay here for work and the rooms are a tad older, but always clean and orderly. Each room comes with a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. The room has a private bedroom and a living room/office space with a pull out couch. Solid hotel, and close to a IGA grocery store and drug store, however, about a 15-20min walk to the mall and others stores/restaurants.
Hotel is located at a convenient location just off the airport and highways. Prices are really good but the aspect which impressed me was the size of the room which was massive. HUGE rooms which had a large bathroom and living room area other than the bedroom. Staff were helpful and friendly.
