Nice hotel. Great breakfast. Ask for a coupon at the front desk for 1/2 off breakfast. Bathroom was separate from the shower which was strange. Large coffee stain on carpet by bed. Nice staff. Valet parking is not convenient.

It was close walking to many, bars, clubs, restaurants. There is a convenience store/ gas station across the street. It has a nice courtyard bar, and a club downstairs. My room was clean, and bed was comfortable.

There was only a driver one morning to take you anywhere, they don't pick you up and the food made me sick!

What stands out in this hotel is the service. When we checked in that evening, Sabrina, the shift supervisor and Catherine, the front row desk were so helpful. Sabrina particularly made us feel at home and she was very informative in regards to places to visit and things to do. They also have a free car service that can take you anywhere in the downtown area. The place is clean and the bed comfortable. All these made our stay quite pleasant.

Decided to go to Montreal at the last minute, for a quick labor day getaway. We couldn't have been more pleased with this hotel - fantastic location, friendly staff, restaurants on-site and most important for us, it's pet friendly. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hotel 10 again, highly recommend.

I booked this Hotel due to it's location. It's perfectly located within walking distance of downtown and old town. The reviews were not good and it's a shame because my experience was amazing. The staff went over and above making my stay an amazing stay. The Hotel even has a Benz that will take you to different locations (within reason) within the City. The Restaurant is great but most importantly they know you and call you by name. The Hotel is chic, the rooms are amazing, comfortable, and if you go you must ask for Sabrina. She will help you with all of your travel needs within the City. I can't say enough good things about my stay which was an amazing trip made possible by the wonderful people of Montreal and the staff at the Hotel 10. It's a must stay and I super highly recommend it to fellow travelers. You will not be disappointed.

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend with girlfriends. The hotel was clean and a good pick if you are young and looking to go out.

Definitely a unique hotel, very new and modern on the inside. It has a night club built into the hotel, and it's so close to the nightlife on St Catherine's street that it's a very active place. A little pricey for things, such as the breakfast buffet being something like $25 a person, but overall it's a step up from the simple name brand hotels for younger crowds that want to stay somewhere special for a moderate amount of money.

Hotel exceeded expectations...will stay again. Great staff very attentive. Rooms were comfortable and neat. Coming back in May

Spent a weekend at the hotel. Really nice and convenient location, easier to walk to anywhere as well as taking the public transit. Room was clean but needed to request for extra shampoo + body wash (only 1 each was provided). The only complaint I have is during our check-in process as the lady at the front desk was not very friendly. After reading many reviews online, my bf and I were a bit concern about the noise level from the club and streets. We brought it up as we checked in and hoped to get to a room that's on the quiet side. The lady looked at us and simply said "I don't understand as this is the first time I've heard of this". Maybe it's true that no one ever complained about it directly to her but since there is a pub inside the hotel with live DJ, our concern should sound somewhat reasonable but it just didn’t appear to be that way and she didn’t even seem to care what we wanted to say and went on wrapping up the check in process. Every other staff at the hotel that we’ve encountered during our stay was very friendly & professional. But it was that first 15 mins as we arrived the hotel thinking okay, should we come back to this hotel again and let’s just try to forget about the rudeness and enjoy our vacation.

Enjoyed a one night stay here. The hotel is ideally situated within close walking distance to the canal and river, the market area and several beautiful and historic buildings. There are also plenty of places to eat within a couple of blocks radius. The only negative is parking. Parking is extra and their system is a little complicated. If you don't get it in the hotel it can very difficult to get navigate to the car park in the nearby shopping centre.

The staff was excellent and always willing to help with anything. Very nice location in the city.

Nice locations with a lot of nightlife prospects..decor a little too purple and it's gets loud in the room due to a lounge downstairs

The Hotel 10 is in the perfect location if you're looking to walk everywhere - especially the fun bars/ restaurants on St. laurant! Clean & modern; staff was friendly & even the restaurant was great. Do note that the nightclub is extremely loud - and bumping till. 3am! - so be prepared to party all night or be kept up . :)

Great location over priced and no free breakfast ?? No good views hard to park your car to get registered in ..

Overall we were really happy with this hotel. It was clean and the staff was accommodative. Room service was needed for ice which took a while, but no complaints otherwise. The party at the hotel on Saturday night was really good. Lots of hot girls there so having a room upstairs was clutch.

Good stay overall. Had issues with the shower where water would seep underneath the door and spill all over the bathroom floor. Also the key cards would not work and had to be readjusted multiple times. Otherwise staff was friendly and helpful. Location was right off st Laurent and most places were within a 15-20 minute walking distance.

Good staff, great location close to St Laurent, and metro. Nightclub and restaurant on premise closed for reno, so no noise issues as previously reviewed. Overall good stay.

Amazing location and service for the price!! Would recommend to other.

This hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel but I give it a 3. It is just average. Hotel staff were great but room was rather dingy with a huge hole in the window shade which was duct-taped together on the backside...tacky! Also, bathroom didn't even have a spare roll of toilet paper. I got the room at a great discount (50% off) so was okay with the lacking amenities, but if I had paid full-price, I would be very upset as this hotel is not worth $180/night. Again, the staff is great! Also, worth noting, is that if you are there on a Friday or Sat. night and don't want to be kept up by loud music, make sure you mention that when checking in. We were lucky that the front desk person advised us of that fact and assigned us a "quiet" room.
