This hellhole of a hotel is frequented by people leaving from Trudeau Airport on Montreal. Based on the condition of the property, its owners apparently realize that visitors are unlikely to come back, so they invest as little as possible in it. First off, good luck finding this place. If you go to the address, you enter a series of parking lots with absolutely no signage indicating which of the surrounding properties is the actual hotel. Turns out, the owners make extra bucks by providing airport parking and more bucks by receiving auto rental returns. So cars are everywhere, and there's no real indication where you are supposed to park and how close to the actuial motel you are. But, if you drive far enough, you'll find the building. It's okay looking from the outside, but is a rabbit's warren of hallways and rooms inside. And please know there is NO ELEVATOR, so if you have mobility issues, reserve on the first floor. The front desk clerk was abrupt and businesslike. The hotel layout was strange. There is a bar located off the lobby. I know this because I saw a lighted sign that said, "Bar." I peeked in and saw a good-sized room with a pool table and a glass-front refrigerator unit containing bottles of beer. I guess that passes for a bar in Dorval. Our room was basic, almost devoid of decoration. The bathroom was clean except for the hairs that were stuck to one of the walls. The shower was functional. Both beds were amazingly uncomfortable. One was rock-hard and the other tilted to the right, so the inhabitants tended to roll right to the edge. Net result: two backaches. If you don;'t reserve the airport shuttle early enough and there are too many people, you are out of luck. They will tell you to wait a half-hour until he comes back. This may or may not work with your schedule. If it doesn't, you probably better cal a taxi. Please, please, please, believe the reviews. Steer as far away from this place as possible. It is cheap for a reason, and nowhere cheap enough given what guests have to put up with.

My family and I stayed at this hotel about a year ago. We were there only for 1 night since we were flying out the next day to go on a 1 week trip. I liked the convenience of the stay, park and shuttle service. But it stops there. the hotel needs a refurb...our first room smelt like drugs. Our second room did not have a working thermostat for the temperature. Will not be going back to this place.

Room was cold and damp with a musty odour with no heat to dry it out, holes in flooring , bathroom door wouldn't close and the fridge was nasty. We were on the main level and had no problem hearing the conversation going on in the next room and hallway as the walls are thin. Workers were working with drill past 10pm. Web stated full breakfast ...NOT White toast, chocolate muffin, cereal, coffee We have stayed at different econo lodges in the past and found them to be a good basic clean place to spend the night, unfortunately not this time

This hotel looks like a medieval dungeon! There was no elevator and only a narrow staircase to the 2nd floor. I explained I had a bad hip and the front desk clerk made no effort to help or get help. The room was dilapidated. I will say the bathroom was clean. The parking lot was a nightmare! Barely enough room for all the cars that park there. The shuttle home from the airport was crazy. There had to be 30 people waiting and one poor driver was trying to shuttle everyone to 3 different hotels! He did his best but people waited for a long time because not everyone could fit on one run! It is not worth saving money to stay here!

An average quick stay place. No food, Rooms are fine, beds are a bit hard. Price is reasonable, and the wifi is poor. Over all,it is a fair property.. and for a night stay - is good enough. It is very basic though.

Very basic hotel. Room was OK. Clean, beds were comfortable. Flat screen TV and alarm clock. Bathroom had comfortable shower. Breakfast very basic. Croisants, muffins, cereal and toast. Was enough for a quick bite. Would stay here again for a short stay only. Staff were very polite and courteous. Note that hotel is difficult to find. it does not border Cote de liesse, rather Griffith Rd. It was raining and nighttime so part of our problem finding it.

This hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in. We arrived via the shuttle, stinky and smelling of urine. There was no lift to carry suitcases to the second floor. Laundry linens were amassing in mildew pile at the bottom of the stairs. As we walked to our room the smell of pot whiffed through the hallway. A barefooted , half naked traveller greeted us. The puke from last nights partying festered on the hallway floor. We then entered our room, window wide open, broken down air con unit, dented furniture, sagging beds and a true sense of bleakness. Needless to say we were not staying at this hotel , now nick named the "half house." Upon our exit we were treated to sight of curtains open in the main foyer and a direct view of a hotel guest releaving himself on the toilet. Avoid this hotel at all costs .

If you are patient and don't mind being a second class citizen, park here. Otherwise, don't. We called the hotel so that the shuttle would be at the airport to pick us up to retrieve our car with minimal wait. It was raining in Montreal when we arrived and we didn't want to wait long for the shuttle. We were told to call back after we got our luggage and that it isn't fair for the driver to wait for us (keep in mind the driver has a car to keep out of the rain). We were expected to wait in the rain because they don't like to wait for customers. So we do that, go to the door, wait 15 minutes in the rain, and the shuttle arrived. Upon arrival, the driver told us "we will need to wait for other customers". What? We were just told they don't wait for people. So we sit another 10 minutes waiting for people. If he had come when we originally called, the driver still wouldn't have had to wait and we could be on our way. Lack of professionalism and courtesy, and no appreciation of our business. Plus we came back a week early and no refund on parking. Don't park here. It's a headache and they clearly don't need your business.

Hotel hopping is one of our activities of my wife and family. In our experience i believe this is the worst hotel ever. I opted this one because for connecting flights purposes on the next day. The following are my observations. 1. The trolleys are like in the jurassic period because of old and rusty. Very difficult to push them on a carpeted floor. Hallways are bit tight, our luggages are bumping the hallway edge-to-edge. 2. Telephone is not working. I have to go to reception to make an order. 3. Room is okay but i can feel the beddings are not clean. the fridge is old. Coffee maker is dirty. Bathroom is small but okay for me. 4. Complimentary breakfast is no good. 5. Exit doors are rusty and needs to repair or replace. My wife scratches the down edge of the door of right foot. It was a bloody cut. Good points. 1. Customer services are knowledgeable on what they are doing. 2. Garden that gives a. good walk in the morning. 3. Shuttle bus to and from the airport. 4. Quiet room and cheap. Okay for transient or with connecting flights. Suggestion: The hotel structure is good i think it needs renovations.

I get that the place is old. Old, soiled carpets at the reception, that's fine. I don't understand how they can't the bathroom properly, there's some hair and soap suds(a lot!) in the tub when we arrived. There's an icebox that I wanted to use that wasn't washed! The walls beside the study table had stains that could be from God know's what! I'm guessing, puke or someone made a real mess while eating. It's cheap but not an excuse to be indecent! We're booked on our return flight but we're canceling it! Never again! Don't come here people!! Stayed as a family with a child.
