My husband and I spent eight days at this property which is located in the old town not far from the port. The apartment was equipped with all our needs, a large washer/dryer, full sized fridge, dishwasher and even a coffee machine and juice blender. The only down side was there was no flexibility for early or late checkout. We had to book and pay for an extra night as our flight arrived at 7:30am and check in was 3pm. Check out was also a problem as our cruise ship embark time was 2pm so we were stuck with all our luggage for three hours from 11am.

On first arriving was a bit disappointed as the surrounding area looked like it had had a heavy night the night before. The entrance way also looked a bit shabby. On entering and getting used to the apartment however, my view soon changed. Every thing we could have wanted was there. It certainly IS a very noisy street, especially at the weekend, but living in the city that would be expected. Loved it.

I notice that most bad reviews are written by kooks however I am a normal person who has stayed in over 500 hotels - this one was the worst . My wife and I retired early from a long day of touring and around 9:30 we heard a lot of voices and laughter across the street from our room. We were able to sleep as we were tired however at 12:00 am we were awaken by extremely loud thumping music that was so loud it vibrated our windows. It continued on until 2:00 am. I complained to the nuage but they did not do anything to help. I went to the restaurant and asked if it would continue and they said it would so I told them I would call the police. It did continue but at a lower level. This ruined our trip as we were tired the next days and had to take naps. I would recommend you avoid this propery as there are so many hotels in montreal. Why take a chance on this one ?

The location of this property is fantastic. Metro stop just across the road, Chinatown, the Old Port and Downtown Montreal with all its sights only a short walk away. The apartment was sufficiently equipped, beautifully decoarated, plenty of storage and spotless. One point to note is that due to its city center location, Friday and Saturday nights can be noisy due to the nightclub close by. Check in at this property is easy and straight forward. You are also given the WiFi code in advance. Note that there is no reception or luggage storage on site. We booked on short notice with Hotel.com who stayed in contact with us throughout our stay and were very helpful when approached for a late check out. We would happily stay at this fantastic property on our next trip to Montreal.

The location of the apartments is perfect to visit the city or attend a conference in the close by conference center. There are nice restaurants close by as well as the bus stop for the airport or a metro stop. The rooms (I stayed in two different ones: 2bedroom and 1bedroom, as I was traveling for work and leisure) were clean and comfortable. Both were spacious and with well equipped kitchen as well a washer/drier. The apartments were like the pictures. Regarding entering the buidling/apartment, the company emailed and texted us the codes for the unit and main door, as well as additional info and WiFi password/username ahead of time. The only negative (if it can be called negative) is that we would like more towels for a stay longer than 4 days, to avoid washing/drying 2 towels (they provide washing liquid). If I am back into the city, there will be my first choice.
