Motel 6 Montoursville, PA

Burn holes in in bedding on both beds smoke detector taking down off of the ceiling as a firefighter that is a fire code violation I am very upset with motel 6 I will never stay at a motel 6 again this is the third motel 6 that we stayed at that was in disarray in Pennsylvania I am going to report them to the fire marshal

Was not what I expected. It is ok for a quick stay not a long term stay.

Timers on all room lighting was … annoying. Volume was broken on TV, so not real usable. Internet access never worked (timed out connection, “no internet connection”). No shampoo? Microwave and Mini Frig/Freezer we’re nice. Laminate flooring instead of carpet was nice and unexpected. Check-in Staff friendly and helpful.

It had bugs in the rooms and the showers had mold

This is a very nice no frills motel. It is a nice clean place to sleep. We had some minor issues with the tv in our room, and when we mentioned it to staff, it was quickly taken care of. The rooms are listed as no smoking and our room was truely a no smoking room, however, we walked past rooms in the hallway with the non smoking rooms and haf to walk through a haze of smoke from people smoking in the non smoking rooms. Other than that, the check in was quick and easy, and so was check out. I would come back again, if in this area. Make sure you check the rooms for the smoke smell after you get your key card. They will tend to your needs.

This was by far the grossest motel I have ever stayed at. I have never encountered something like this before so I did not know what to do once I saw the room. There was a massive amount of mold in bathroom and bed room. It was on the floor, walls, ceiling, and bath tub. The window in the bedroom was cracked and did not lock. There was a pile of dead bugs on floor in the bedroom area. The box spring visibly was dirty with something black. Dirt or something. The bath towels, washcloths, sheets, pillow cases, and comforter were all stained. There was trash on the shelf in the shower when we arrived to the room also. The location was noisy by a main road and at night people hang out in the hallways with music playing. I could not believe how gross this hotel was. Good news was, being close to a main road resulted in faster travel, parking was free, the room had a fridge and microwave, the motel allowed pets, and the staff were very friendly.

Front desk manager was friendly and accomodating. Rooms on one side of the building face the highway and can be noisy. Non-smoking room had cigarette burns in the carpet, burn holes in the polyester blanket. Clean enough, but with quite strong smell of cleaners or air fresheners. No coffee maker in the room. you get what you pay for, but for the price, I've satyed in much better budget motels.

The hotel, staff, and location were all very good and I would stay here again. Price was good, though high, but the little league world series had every room booked for miles. Linnens, towels, and bed were all in great condition and very clean. Minor issue with the bathroom ceiling fan beeing very loud, but that was all. Easy parking and access to the room. Internet and television work great. It's not a Hilton, but very acceptable.

The front desk people were very nice. The place looked like it was just remodeled. The room was good. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. Would stay there again.

Properties everywhere wanted sky-high rates for Labor Day weekend, but not this property in a very convenient Williamsport location. EZ to I180 and I80, close to shopping and dining, and very good rates.

I lived in the Williamsport area a few years ago and this Super 8 wasn't so super. Crew members that came into town were not happy with the facility. I stayed here for personal busines this year and found the room seemed to be remodeled. Nice walls, carpet (wore white socks in room and did not get cruddy#, walking barefoot in the hall my feet got dirty #not a big deal#, no offensive odor, small continental breakfast #nothing stale), gave me extra coffe packs for room brewing, micro wave and fridge. King size bed and it was clean. I liked it, but hey, I'm a simple guy. Staff was polite. Good value and all said it would really be 3.5. 4-5's would have a pool, complete hot breakfast and very clean with a valet. So if you are not the hoytee toytee this was nice.

Nice people, room had a very chemical smell to it. LOUSY breakfast???!!

This hotel was exactly what we needed. There were some spiders in the window sill but we shut them out so it was no big deal. It was a great one night stay!

Less than simplistic. Larger bathtub than W'mprt Hampton inn. Again no elevators!
