The people above us were quite loud. The hotel staff eventually moved us, but they seemed very upset that we requested another room.
I booked the room, not really knowing what I was getting myself in to. The rates were very reasonably priced for the area. So, I was a little skeptical. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch for my 2 friends and I. We stayed there for a "girls weekend" of shopping in Albertville. When we walked in, we were greeted very warmly by the manager. He was so nice and welcoming. The place was immaculate. The room was awesome. It was quiet and we didn't even hear our neighbors. Everything was so clean. There wasn't even a smudge on the mirror!!! We definitely will stay here again. The staff was incredible. The breakfast buffet was hot and fresh with a nice assortment of food. The bathroom had plenty of towels (an important thing for 3 women). We had a lovely stay!
We found the best of warmth and accommodation at your facility. Your desk personnel were efficient and attended to business, but gave us the impression we were on their "front burner" for assistance with any question or inconvenience we could possibly encounter. Your whole crew should be applauded for their care of we strangers. Thank you.

A nice, new, very clean hotel. We were put on a 1st floor room to accomodate our pet. Not a big selection for breatfast but the selections were plentiful and tasty.
