We only stayed to sleep since we were helping out brothers to be able to sell his house. Quite busy. After hard work, we really relaxed there! The room was very nice. Walking around the hotel and notice the rug was not vacuum. It was not so good. Short staffed. BUT in general we were very happy about with the room.
The room was not updated nor was it clean. The furniture was old, broken and had various stains on it a few I believed was blood stains along with cigarette burns. The overall lighting in the room was terrible. I had to cut on all the lights in the room to somewhat see. Couldn’t tell you if it was low watt bulbs or from the fixtures being dusty. The bathroom lighting was unusually dim I didn’t feel comfortable bathing in there. The ice machine in the fridge did not work and I had to go to the front desk to get ice.

They charged me twice and then I had to call them few times to remind them about the extra charge, but with no resolve. I am still calling them to get that extra charge cancelled but in no vain. Not staying with them again
Disappointed that they only have Cremora non dairy creamer for the coffee. Small thing, but half & half should be available. That crap has way too much sugar!

Nice hotel overall. Room was clean and breakfast was good. My only complaint was that I was supposed to be in a 2-queen bed suite and the beds were not queen size, more like doubles. Makes a big difference sharing a bed in a double size bed vs a queen. I was too busy with my plans to argue for a new room so I just lived with cramped sleeping. Not ideal.
The property was very clean, loved the staff. The only disappointed the pool did not work while we were there. We were told we could use the pool next door, but it was always too full. The hotel was easy to find and a great location for us.
I was very unhappy our room was placed on the far side of building with a broken elavator !!
The overall experience was phenomenal. And our front desk clerk couldn’t have been more helpful. She was amazing.
One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The room layout with the kitchenette and couch is excellent.
Great experience, just air was stale. There wasn't enough air circulation and that sometimes made things smelly.
