They give you privacy . . . And they basically make you feel like your at home .

Great location...close to restaurants and easy off and on highway.

Halls - elevator and room were not very clean. Light bulbs burnt out and musty smell in our room.

A little mixup dealing with orbitz, PayPal and the hotel, but eventually it was sorted out and we didn't have to pay twice.

the hotel was old ran down. the bathroom was dirty, toilet clogged on us, poor breakfast ran out of food told me there were going to make more and naver did. i book my stay here because i stay at a nother hotel with the say name in Tx. and it was one of the best stays i have been at ..but this location was a NIGHTMARE... SHOW ME THAT EVEN THE SAME NAME HOTELS ARE NOT THE SAME BE WEAR . also talking other guest the next day they were saying the say things. Save you $$$ Go some were elce!!!!!

The first room thy gave us had mattresses and box springs stored in it. The second room has a strong odor that would have required us to ask for a third room. However when we saw the green, unfiltered pool and stagnant hot tub, we got our money back and left. Totally bad experience. Stay away!!

This property shows well on the internet. Concrete at main entrance door is filthy (could use a good pressure wash). Female behind customer service desk in lobby was "nice-nasty." Nice in that she answered my questions, but nasty, in that she was condescending and showed an attitude. Walking on the floors in the hallways hurt my knee joints. It feels like there is a thin layer of carpet on top of concrete, with little padding in between. My shower door was broken and there was no handle or rail for getting in and out of the garden tub. I looked at breakfast that had been prepared on 5/20/18, and it was not inviting: sausage patties (that did not look like sausage), grits, toast, cereal. A middle-aged Korean woman stood at the entrance of the dining room during breakfast, seemingly, surveilling the 10 to 12 African Americans (mostly youths) who were fixing their plates. Aside from a few Koreans who operate the hotel, I didn't see any other persons during the 24-hour period that I was there. I had booked this hotel for 4 nights, but found it unacceptable and uninviting. I left after 24 hours.

The check in was great. However, the air unit in my room did not work. It was 90+ degrees outside.

Overall room and service was good. Room had a few minor issues with cleanliness. Bathroom was clean but needs to be remodeled. Cleaning staff did a good job of replacing linens. Would recommend the hotel as a decent place to stay for the money but definitely not 4 or 5 star quality. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The sink dripped all night. The toilet ran all night too. The toilet and tub were dirty.

The room smelled so bad, the breakfast was old and stale and the rooms were so yucky that I got dirtier when I took a shower. After one night we checked out and went somewhere else

The hotel uses way too much strong smell cheap cleaning products. Every floor is covered by a mixture of different smells. Feel awful and suffercating.

Good value for this hotel and its service. Also, one of the few with a decent selection for breakfast.

I checked in on Friday. I left the hotel aroun 730am and returned at 5pm. My room was never cleaned. The lobby is beautiful the front desk staff was great. The halls smell of mold

Many Koreans stay here and work at Hyundai. Bad smells emanating from a lounge where they cook on the third floor. Once in our room the smells didn't bother us. Our room had a comfortable King bed with single pull out sofa. It was in good condition except for a heavily stained mattress on the hide-a-bed. They offered a different room, but it was smaller and cramped so we traded out the sofa mattresses instead. Pool area was in renovation. Business center unusable due to construction. Breakfast area also in renovation but they did have a nice breakfast With two or three hot items each day plus oatmeal and continental items.

Everything except the bathroom was great, and the bathroom was okay, though worn. The shower curtain was not a good size for the space it had to span, and there was lots of wear in the bathroom. The included breakfast was just fine, and there are many places within a five minute drive to eat if one prefers.

We checked in rather late on our trip home. The gentleman at the front desk was very rude not only to me but to the customer whom called in to check rates. When he hung up the phone he stated hope she liked those rates since she got an attitude with me she won't be staying here. He told us we have to move our vehicle which was towing a trailer which was fine. He proceeded to make comments that if we didn't his boss would team him. We had no problem moving it. He had nothing but negative and mean comments about his manger. Highly unprofessional. If it was not as late as it was we would of walked out and went an exit up. We travel south a lot and will never stay at this hotel again.

Thank you for writing a review. It is a delight to know that the strategic location of our hotel worked perfectly for you, and we are glad to know of your kind words regarding the cleanliness of our spacious guest rooms. On the other hand, we are saddened to hear about the conditions of some stuffs in your particularly the shower door and that you were not pleased with the reception of our front desk staff that time. We were also told about your concern regarding the concrete at the main entrance and that our breakfast doesn't suit your preference during the time of your stay. Your feedback is greatly appreciated as it helps us facilitate all the necessary improvements to provide an outstanding service. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to redeem ourselves and deliver a seamless experience on your next stay.
