Martres-Tolosane, a city of art and earthenware, is 26 km away. Come and recharge your batteries close to nature at the "Aqui Naut" farmhouse in Montesquieu-Volvestre (a 13th-century bastide). This 250-year-old family farm has been renovated: the refurbished interior offers modern comfort, while the facades have retained their authenticity. The outbuildings, a vast 200m² shed, have been transformed into a spacious relaxation area. Behind the house, a small garden (herbs) is available for guests' use. The fully independent cottage is surrounded by a 3,500 m² shaded park. Single-story cottage: living room with lounge area, dining area, and fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed (140 cm)) (2 single beds (90 cm), shower room, toilet). Non-smoking cottage. No check-in after 10 p.m. All shops (bakery, supermarket) are within 400 m on foot or by bicycle. Independent and renovated family farm with large wooded park 7km from one of the most beautiful detours in France: Rieux-Volvestre!
