After spending several days searching options in internet almost a month before our stay in the Saint Vincent area, we decided to book this property through Orbitz as we were interested in a facility with Pool for the kids and Sauna/Fitness for us and relax (similar to other facilities we have stayed in South Tyrol, Italy). Using orbitz's filter, this property confirmed these amenities and did not show any information on additional fees (actually the orbitz page for this hotel also shows clearly extra charges for transportation and state tax fee for turism) To our surprise when we showed up, we were told that Sauna and Pool 2 hrs use was 20 Euros per each person, even for our 2 kids 13 and 15 (more expensive that even here in Switzerland). When asked why was not this properly explained in the booking site, instead of a Customer focus answer such as we will look into it and fix it, the feedback from Front desk was just: We cannot change Orbizte and it is not our problem. Really poor customer oriented attitude. Despite the additional cost, my wife and I tried the "spa" which was also a disapointment as the wet sauna/steam room was not even working, the "pool" is not a pool but a "hot tub" or Jacuzzi at best, not cool water to drink after sauna, no towels. I would really recommend the Hotel and Orbitz to review this information and add this clearly on the web page to avoid other people experience the same issue as we did. Dear Mr Miguel,we are so sorry to read your review. At check in time our staff explained all our facilities, so that the gym is free and the spa coast is 20 per 2 hours persons. Our spa is composed by a pool with jacuzzi, steamed bath, sauna and relaxing area and we provide bathrobe, slippers and towels. Regarding the pool is not for swim but only for relax and in the town you can find an olimpionic swimming pool for to swim and, of course, the cost is cheaper. After that we checked we found also on Orbitz all the informations, we are sorry that you didn’t see it. We give all the informations to all OTA and they put them in their websites as it is structured: you found spa and gym in our facilities but the costs are in a different orbits section.Our staff is 24h at guests disposal for all needs, for this reason we searched to explain you all the information upon your arrival putting completely at your disposal for everything as we do everytime.
