Upon entry to the room, the carpet was wet. Housekeeping didn’t visit during the length of the stay. While a problem with bathroom amenities was addressed very promptly when the front desk was called in the evening, the desk had also been alerted to the issue in the morning, and it was not addressed over the course of the day.
Beds kinda hard. Supplied 2 towels only. Smelled a lot like cigarette smoke for being smoke free.
Walls had holes in them, doors were rusted, overall just old and run down
We stayed for a few days for KCON and it was a good experience. The room was clean and the staff was helpful when we had questions. There was a loud party for one night and they were kind enough to let guests know a few days ahead of time of the noise during the party time. There were nice food and drink spots within walking distance and was a good 20-30 minute drive from LACC. Overall good experience and we had no issues during our stay.
Everything was satisfactory inside and out. The dining options nearby were nice. The free breakfast was enjoyable.
Great location and very convenient for dinner plan also close supermarket. AC too old and leaking my window next to the exhaust fan so every morning around 6 AM exhaust fan was turn on too noise. Staff are very friendly if next time going to LA I still choose this hotel, but no more next to the exhaust fan.
Unclean, dusty, no vending machine, gym. Charged for parking. Will not recommend
This hotel is located in the heart of San Gabriel, CA, right off of highway 10, and easy access to downtown LA. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. It is also in the heart of all nearby Asian shopping, restaurants(San Gabriel has some of the best Chinese restaurants in LA), and other amenities. The hotel is pretty clean, and staff members very nice and helpful. There is a three-story parking garage attached to the hotel, proving plenty of safe parking spots to hotel guests. Hotel guests are eligible for complementary breakfast, which were surprisingly very tasty. It offered a wide range of American and Asian food choices, freshly cooked, and great taste. We will choose to stay at this hotel again for our future LA trips. Great values, great location.
Lobby and room are tastefully decorated but bath towels are very flimsy and small, not befitting the hotel. Breakfast consists of very oily Chinese dishes such as extremely mushy sausages, noodles, cabbages, etc...Not good at all!
