Very noisy and Neglected property
Need to clean everyday! With this covid they never in the 8 days clean my room.
It was hard to find parking spot while it was promised during booking. Wifi was not available. When we complained, the manager suggested to refund us instead of rebooting the router.
They double charged me for staying ine night. I paid through Orbitz.. Once i got to the hotel to check in the lady got my credit card and swiped it. I thought it was to verify the price i paid through Orbitz.... but checking my transactions a few days later i saw this extra charge.. ..... i called orbitz and they called the hotel and conveniently their computers are down. I figure i wont get my money. Ack. Avoid this shady place. Room was filthy. Left a used dirty sponge in the bathroom. Tub drain didnt work. Lights are all disconnected. Musty smelling room...bed sheets even had a bad oder.... i would have been ok with all that but to charge me 2x? Avoid this hotel.
Dirty mattress, dirty walls. thin walls, can hear romping and conversation next door all night. Shower rod was falling off and water was luke warm only. Was afraid to touch anything in there as it looked like it’s never been cleaned
Stayed one night. NEVER AGAIN. The room was not cleaned. Gross sticky stains on the plastic “wood” floors, huge dust balls on the bed frame, shower was still wet from whoever used it right before me entering the room and there were huge burn holes in the blankets. Location was so sketchy, people were outside just staring at the parking lot. Staff was friendly, that’s the only positive thing I can say. Other than that, not worth what I paid for it.
Couldn’t get the TV to work. Couldn’t call the front desk. The room was clean though. The maids are good.
