Nestled in the quiet of an unspoiled forest in Montegrino Valtravaglia, this detached villa—once an old rural farmhouse—has been carefully renovated, preserving the authentic charm of traditional mountain homes.



Laid out over two levels, the villa is composed as follows:

Ground Floor: living room with kitchenette and bathroom;

First Floor: spacious open-plan area, ideal as a sleeping space or relaxation zone.



The property also includes a large garden of approximately 1,000 square meters—perfect for moments of pure relaxation in the open air.



The accommodation is not equipped with a TV, offering an invitation to fully appreciate the beauty of the surrounding nature and the peaceful sounds of the forest, for a truly serene experience.



The layout comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests.



ACCESS AND RULES

The property is accessed via an unpaved road, easily passable by car. Large vehicles such as campers cannot reach the house directly; however, it is possible to park at the nearby public parking area and walk approximately 500 meters to the villa.



Open fires are strictly prohibited in the garden during your stay. Additionally, we kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking in the outdoor areas, to ensure safety and protect the surrounding natural environment.



CONDITION AND FINISHES

The farmhouse has been carefully and respectfully restored to maintain its rustic charm and architectural authenticity.

In addition to the private garden, the villa is surrounded by expansive green areas, offering privacy and tranquility while remaining just a ten-minute walk from the center of Montegrino Valtravaglia.



GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION

Montegrino Valtravaglia is a small hillside village located about ten minutes from the renowned tourist destination of Luino, on Lake Maggiore.



LAKE AND BEACHES

In around 20 minutes by car, you can reach the main beaches of Lake Maggiore, such as Le Fontanelle in Germignaga, Parco Giona in Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca, as well as other enchanting lakeside spots.



SIGHTS AND ATTRACTIONS

Don't miss the traditional weekly market in Luino, held every Wednesday, which livens up the town center with vibrant colors, local flavors, and a rich atmosphere of tradition.



Also worth a visit are the enchanting Borromean Islands, easily accessible by boat from Luino, Lugano, Bellinzona, Ascona, and other nearby towns.
