Independent gite in local stone, close to the village center but quiet, in the countryside. At dusk, you may be able to see the deer coming out of the woods, you can walk among the walnut trees, you will also appreciate the Cazals lake (fishing, swimming) and local shops just a stone's throw from the gîte. Rich in tourist activities: hiking trails, swimming, visits...museum very close to the cottage, including that of the sculptor ZADKINE, to visit Rocamadour, the Goufre de Padirac. Non-smoking cottage. Near the DORDOGNE, 30 km from SARLAT 30 km from CAHORS 30 km from BONAGUIL. On the ground floor, living room/kitchen area (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer compartment), bathroom, separate wc. On the 1st floor, 4 bedrooms (3 beds 1.40m, 2 beds 0.90m), separate WC. Wood stove, open ground. Auxiliary gas heating. An animal supplement will be requested (35€). Sheets, towels, cleaning options.
