We checked in and had to change rooms after about 20 minutes the smell and irration to my sinus caused a slight headache which went away after fresh air staff was really friendly rhe place needs minor repairssuch as 1st room had a light switch cover over a hole where blow dryer used to be the 2nd room toilet handle is metal but the top of handle has a piece missing where you flush that can cut you ( almost did me )

Front desk clerks were seldom seen, choosing to stay in a back room. In the morning, before leaving, we asked about the free breakfast, understanding that with the pandemic items would be curtailed. The clerk said the only thing they had was a croissant. She had no idea what was available. We had an egg, sausage and cheese sandwich on the roll, which we heated up in the breakfast room’s microwave. Also orange juice. Had we not asked and explored on our own, we would never have known. She was too anxious to get us out the door. Someone should explain to her that front desk clerk means you should remain at the “front desk.”

If you like countryside drive than this place is for you. It's way out in the middle of nowhere. The room/s are old needed renovation. It's supposed to be smoke free room but it's smelled like someone just finished smoking in it. This place is only good for one night and be on your way.

I went to this location because i stayed at the County Inn in Suites in Saraland, al and it was beautiful inside and out but this one in Monroeville,al was the total opposite

I did not like this stay at all. The walls were dirty. The refrigerator had towels with brown liquid in it. I came to my room and door was wide open with no sign of any one cleaning it. The staff was very nonchalant when i expressed my concerns. Never again will i stay at this hotel

The Staff were so nice and professional. I only wished that they had an elevator for my 84 year old mother. Our room was on the 2nd floor.

Every one was so nice to myself and my fur baby, and that was a BIG plus for me.

Television channels were limited. Breakfast was poor. Room hadn't been cleaned fully. No elevator.

It was very good. Best breakfast we've ever had in a motel. Employees very helpful. Thanks, Catherine Johnson & Ruth Fulmer.
