Completely dirty. Room is falling apart. White pillow cases were black. Sheets were dirty. Looked like poop in bed. I notified office and she claimed sheets were changed before us arriving. I said no maam i have pictures to prove it. I get its not 5 star. I just needed a safe place to stay. I will never return here.

For the price it could have been a little better there were holes in the walls some covered some not luckily there were no signs of bugs the staff was nice the pool was nasty and not open which kinda sucked.

I booked a non smoking room thru Orbitz and it was not available. The front desk offered me a room that was terribly smoky I had to leave and find another hotel at 1am. I did not get my money back despite expressing my simple wishes of a non smoking room as that’s what I paid for.

I didn’t like that I had to change rooms multiple times because it smelled like cigarettes even I ordered a non smoking room. In the other rooms the pillows were filthy, the sheets and covers were dirty, they had cigarette burn wholes in the covers. There was feces residue in my toilet and hair on my toilet seat. The shower wasn’t cleaned and the shower was leaking water all over the room. I probably spent no more than 5 hours in this horrible room. When I was getting my things together to leave and check out I saw roaches. I wish I could get a refund because that was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Convenient to our destination (Wingate University) Seemed sketchy upon arrival & we almost left. Looked like lots of long term renters were hanging out in the parking lots. Office is not clearly marked. Our room was right by the "office" and was relatively clean. Definitely needs upgrading!

This was without a doubt the worst room we have stayed in - perhaps EVER! We arrived tired from travelling and decided to stick it out for one night but to cancel the second immediately. The sheets and towels were clean but beyond that every other aspect of this room was deplorable. The sink and tub fixtures were not just old but were dirty, pitted and rusted. In the morning I discovered that the shower was covered with a minimum of 6-10 hairs. UGH!!! My wife wears socks to sleep and put on a clean pair at bedtime. She walked around the room only enough to use the washroom and prepare to sleep. When removed those socks in the morning the soles were gray from the filthy stained carpet. We were afraid to use the breakfast buffet in fear that the cleanliness there could be on a par with what we had already encountered. If you folks at Orbitz cannot filter your recommendations better that this then there is no valid reason to use your services. Properties of this caliber can kill your business.

Really disappointing and I had expectations pretty low because the area is pretty blah. I was moving my son to college and needed a hotel room that allowed my small dog. When I checked in with the really unfriendly but not rude front desk staff I entered my room and quickly and frantically began seeking another place to stay that would allow dogs. The only other options looked totally seedy or they were in Charlotte so I bit the bullet and stayed. My kids feet turned black the floor was so dirty, it actually felt grimy. Hair in bathroom. Spiders on ceiling! I didn't feel unsafe or anything but I felt grossed out. I definitely did several bed bug checks.

Room was totally nasty, smelled, cigarette burns on comforter. Just not pleasant at all. Have stayed at other Super 8's and had good experiences but not this one.

The hotel clerk was rude. The hotel room was a wreck. The door wouldn't lock. Barracadded myself in the room. Manager gave me a card to come back and get a room for $25.00. Nice gesture...never going back.

We originally requested a king size bed and when we got there the key to our room would not open so we ended up with a double beds...not what we wanted and the lady at the desk said they had no more king size beds available. the 2nd room that we go we did not have any parking in front of our room as someone and their buddy parked in both places in front of our room and we ended up far from the office. We req. another room and the room that did have available parking and a door that worked ended up having a faucet in the bathtub that would not turn off so it dripped all night, We were also double charged and when asked about it instead of just letting us know that they were correcting their error they said they only showed one payment and to ask our bank why it is showing double. we found out by our bank later on when we asked that they did in fact double charge and it was put back. We don't ask a lot, but for what they charge for the rooms, they need to make a little more effort.

I booked a king size bed, but when I got there, they did not have any, so I settled for the double beds. They blamed Sites like Orbitz for overbooking. Bring your own Cover if you want some heavy ones.

Room was nice but was basic. Some small things were missing like a cup and the TV remote. TV channel choice was excellent, though. Breakfast was lacking healthy options but area was well organized. Not bad for $30 a night.

I didn’t like that I had to change rooms multiple times because it smelled like cigarettes even I ordered a non smoking room.
