The staff was great!
Handicap room was specifically NOT Requested. However our tub had a seat over it that was improperly installed. It could not be lifted out if the way. Plus staff at the office could not figure out our bill. The bill is still unresolved! Goose poop was all over the parking lot and side walks. We were there 4 days. No attempt was made to clean it up !
Overall it was excellent. The only negative is that the mattresses were somewhat lumpy and tired. Also, the duvet was much too hot to sleep under, but I asked at the front desk and they got me a light blanket which was perfect

The Holiday Inn in Monroe was exactly what we were looking forward to. When we travel we always seek out a Holiday Inn for accommodations the level of cleanliness and service from the Front Desk is always great!

I usually stay at Hilton properties but was not able to find a room. I booked the Holiday Inn Express online from the airplane. I was pleasantly surprised at the hotel and room. Very modern and comfortable. My only deduction would be for the sheets on the bed.... They were not good quality and rough feeling. The hotel would have gotten 5 stars if not for this one item.
