When we pulled up I was afraid to go in but decided I already paid for so I will check on and stay so we did. The room was fine I felt area wasn't the best.

The hotel was great value for money and I honestly found the staff very polite and understanding. We had requested a non smoking room but the room smelled like it had been smoked in. We were transferred immediately to a different room. Nice service and it was okay for the money.

The rooms are poorly designed and taken care of. I have stayed at this hotel before years ago and hoped it would eventually be re done and taken care of. However it hasn't.

The room wasn't the best but it was clean. The bed wasn't all that comfortable and I do not understand those little pillows.

Hard to get to short drive to dinning and needs to be upgrade.

I've stayed at this location several times. I have never been disappointed, However, get real pillows please.

We got into Monroe late, this was the only hotel with rooms available; perhaps we should have searched harder. The room was standard value fare, but the bathroom had a new feature not encountered before, the detached, movable toilet seat. Complaints to staff were met with sarcasm. Not planning any return trips.

The room served its purpose for a one day stay. Microwave and mini frig., would make a huge difference in Days Inn rooms.

I travelled to my stepdaughters college graduation, I missed the deadline to make reservations in Ruston,La and the next closest hotel was in Monroe,La. We reserved a room with two beds and when we arrived at 5:00 a.m. after travelling 7 1/2 hours, there was only one bed and a very small sofa which my 5'7'' daughter had to sleep on. In the first room the toilet was not bolted to the floor and when you sat down the toilet moved from side to side. We were able to move to another room later that morning with two beds. In the second room the toilet did not work and we had to constantly reach in the water tank and push the ball down, I was getting dressed for the graduation and needed to use the iron, water leaked over the entire outfit and then the iron just stopped working. The hotel needs some serious renovations it reminded of the Days Inn from the early 1970's. The staff was very good from the front desk staff to the maids cleaning the rooms. PLEASE CHANGE THE TOILET SEATS THEY ARE NOT THAT EXPENSIVE and in both of the rooms the toilet seats were disgusting.

poor parking can never park close to room

Just needed room for the night to break up a long drive. This Days Inn was pretty rough. Had a bunch of guys hanging around outside smoking and drinking. Carpet in room was in bad need of cleaning. Coffee maker did not work. Lots of freeway noise.

An older, very worn property, way too close to the interstate. The "quiet" rooms away from the traffic face a Sam's store loading area that got very noisy at 6 a.m. There was a loud party down the (outdoor) corridor late at night. Plusses: The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, and the coffee and light breakfast were fine, standard fare. I did not feel really comfortable with the cleanliness, but it was OK, just threadbare. Pool was closed.

My husband and I stayed over night just for a little get-a-way and found the room to be home away from home.I would recommend all my friends to stay at this motel because we could not have gotten better service or cleanliness than we did here.

The room was very clean upon arrival and when we returned the second afternoon as well. BUT, our first night there after a long trip we were kept up from about 11PM til 2:30 AM by the room next to us filled with shouting and playing of young people. The hotel staff called us at 1AM and said they were sorry about the noise, but it didn't stop for almost 2 more hours. The beds were kinda old, but as far as the room went it was very neat. It was also right by the mall, so it made shopping convenient. Other than the noise the first night, it was a pleasant stay and a good price as well.
