The bathroom was disgusting. The tub was dirty. It didnt look like it had been properly cleaned. No blankets on the beds. Stains on the sheets. Terrible. Will never stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable. We were on a road trip and appreciated the peaceful and cozy sleep. In our last hotel, there were no blackout curtains and we couldn’t sleep whole night. The lady at the breakfast area was very friendly and made sure everything was stacked up.
Our room was on the second floor by the stairs and it was very loud with a lot of kids running around until very late the night we stay.

It was clean, the eggs were still frozen at breakfast as was the cream cheese but mostly satisfied. Bed was comfortable
Our stay exceeded our expectations BY FAR. The staff was simply fantastic and very friendly. Our late night check-in with a sleepy child was greeted with "Don't worry, I'll get you on the way to your room in seconds". Another front desk clerk refused a tip when she brought more towels to our room that night. Best of all was the breakfast buffet staff person "Bee". She clearly takes great pride in her work as well as her cooking skills. Dining room was spotless too. She shone with pride when complimented on the breakfast buffet. Its not just good training, whoever does the hiring at this hotel knows what they are doing! My advice, RETAIN AND REWARD these people. Only bad things to say are very minor. Hotel is newer but not brand new so it has some wear and tear including the pool being closed for repairs. We hardly had time anyway. With the world seemingly gone crazy the last couple of years, it was refreshing to have a hotel stay where the staff seemed to sincerely care about our experience. In the future, we definitely will stay there again!
