The staff were exceptional. Our room was great, nice and clean.

Stayed two nights to attend auto show. Came back to a clean quiet room. Plenty of places to eat.. Convenient in and out.value

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay

I have stayed at the Best Western many times before and I love the welcoming and warm sense that ALL the staff members have had towards their patrons. My room was very clean and welcoming. Kelli, Anthony and the rest of the staff were pleasant and continently were asking if I needed anything else. The price for my stay was worth the price. The Best Western's rewards plan that I was upgrades to gives me a free night stay fro my next visit. I will ALWAYS use Best Western for my traveling needs.

Quiet and clean facility with pleasant staff. Breakfast dining was average but very small area. Only issue for two night stay was that they didn't restock in-room coffee after night one. Good location with good dining choices nearby. We'd stay there again.

We checked in a little after 4:00 pm. Nice room. Very clean. Much closer to where we needed to go the next day. I thought this was a pet friendly hotel. Luckily we didn't pick up what we went to NC for. Would you consider making a few rooms pet friendly? You could be losing a lot of business as a great deal of people travel with their pets. If I had know this was not a pet friendly hotel I would have not pick it.

We had to kill two bugs in the room and there were several black hairs throughout the bathroom. I was advised not to stay here and that the only clean place to stay in, is the Hampton...I should have listened and went back to the Hampton. I'll never stay here again...it was GROSS

I chose this hotel for the location, free breakfast, and cost. I found the overall room to be very nice, spacious, and clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Now on to the bad: 1. the queen beds were hard as a rock and the sheets were noisy. Some people may like the "firmness", but I have grown accustomed to the softer mattresses common in hotels these days. 2. the shower/toilet room was somewhat cramped. 3. the TV did not support closed captioning. 4. the rooms open up to the outside. Two very bright lights were outside our room. We were able to block out most of the light with the curtains. Unfortunately, the light confused a mockingbird stationed outside our window in to thinking that it was morning. From 2:30 AM until sunrise, this mockingbird sang every song known to mockingbirds at maximum volume. I could hear this bird through the pillow wrapped around my head and the white noise machine we use for my kids. I don't blame BW for annoying birds, but it negatively impacted my experience. Other than the bed, the overall experience was decent.

Staff members were very friendly. Room was spotless, neat and well layed out. Purpose of trip was to visit with mother in a retirement community about 2 miles away. This motel is well positioned to allow for easy access to the Monroe area.

We had a good time at this hotel. It was very clean and had everything in the room that we needed. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 for dining options was because it didn't have a full on breakfast, other than that it was great.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were nicer than expected. Even though I saw the pictures on the Internet, the outside picture was not the attention grabber. However, I was well pleased with the rooms. Not so pleased with the breakfast.
