Best Western Airport Inn

Went to sleep, got up, took a shower, ate a little breakfast and left. Everything worked as it should and the staff were pleasant.

Decent place for the money, but lots of noises that were annoying and loud at times. There was a high pitch noise that came and went and even the front desk person couldn't explain it. This is a motel, not hotel. As in - the doors are on the outside, there are no hallways. It doesn't bother me, but I would want others to know because I was surprised. Other than the noise, I would stay there again. It was a decent price for what I got. The breakfast was average and typical for most hotels - some scrambled eggs and basic sausage patties, a little bit of fresh fruit and pastries.

This was a quick overnight stay. We a liked the no hassel check in and out

Room was so filthy I had to walk around with my shoes on. The room also smelled very bad. Hotel staff was extremely rude especially the lady working the morning shift at breakfast.

The fire alarm malfunctions in the middle of the night, The hotel stafff untrained and unprofessional. Telephone in room was unplugged at arrival, I plugged it back in and during the night it emits a clicking feedback sound. Now I know why it was unplugged! Stains on the lounge type chair in the room. The room is dated and something you would expect for a $49 room, not a $91 room. Walls are paper thin and you can hear movement in adjacent rooms. Folks, suggest you find a better place to stay than this hotel, don't believe the Internet pics!

excellent location, room was okay, nothing special, but nothing out of place ... this stay was about as "ordinary" as anyone can expect ... on the road, that's often a good thing

Hotel was worth the price. Good location. Breakfast was good except not enough room to eat

The room was nice. Breakfast was good. Not enough room for eating

The staff wasn't very nice but the rooms were great.

Very clean, great location for what I needed, staff was great and helpful. The morning breakfast was great.

The room was good, the breakfast was poor. Not a 3 star imo.

Location was good. Room was good for the money. The breakfast was terrible. I would not consider this a 3 star hotel.

Great location, room on backside was quiet, room very clean, wonderful comfortable bed. Could be a little easier on the wallet but definitely a nice place to stay.

I stayed 3 days location is good because shopping/restaurants are near by.

good hotel, clean and easy access to I20. the breakfast is also good

Nothing overwhelming, just a good place to stay. Was ok clean but had a couple of issues. Comfortable bed and that's what I needed.

Room was clean. Staff was not friendly. Location was easy to find.

Got in late after a hard drive from Dallas. Check in was easy and the room was cool and clean. Breakfast was fine for what they had and all the staff I ran into were courteous. I would recommend this hotel if you are in town for a night or 2 and need a clean, no frills place to lay your head.

A little hard to get to, have to go around a gas station in order to get to it. Rooms are nice, price is great. Walls a little thin, can hear other peoples "activities" all too well.

Very surprised with the room (didn't quite know what to expect for a Best Western near the airport and highway). The room was updated, clean, and very comfortable. It was definitely good value for the money.
