Quiet and residential area, a little out of the way even if by car or bus you will be in the city center of Beausoleil or Monaco in a few minutes.
There is no shop directly nearby.

Sheets, towels and an arrival kit including: 2 garbage bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper and small shampoos, soaps and body soaps are offered to you for the start of your stay.

You will appreciate the apartment for its view of the big blue, its calm and its neat decoration and its proximity to Monaco. The apartment also has air conditioning and private parking available to the Guest.You can use the building's swimming pool from May to October.


To access the apartment, you just need to take the elevator to the 5th floor.

- By car, private parking is available as well as parking spaces in the street.
- Buses 12,18 and 24 will take you to Monaco or to the center of Beausoleil
- Monaco train station is accessible by buses 18 and 24
- An airport bus also stops near the Gare de Monaco and allows you to take buses 18 and 24 - be careful, these buses do not run very late
- Nice Airport is 34 minutes away by car

There is no washing machine in the apartment but there is a dishwasher

Please note that parking under the building is free and an assigned space is reserved for you. The parking lot is however narrow and not suitable for a large vehicle
