This cleverly designed studio retreat is arranged on the first floor of a historic 4-story building and features an open-plan living space with a separate sleeping area positioned on a small mezzanine (ceiling height 140 cm). The air-conditioned living room incorporates a small kitchen and is furnished with a single sofa, a Smart flatscreen TV and a dining table. The kitchen features a coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

Maison Brumani is situated on the Côte d\'Azur in the charming town of Menton, renowned for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, and beautiful beaches. The Plage du Casino beach, Plage de Fossan beach and beautiful Jardins Biovès are all a 10-minute walk from the front door. There are also 5 other beaches and 4 gardens, all between a 5 and 10-minute drive from the accommodation.

The narrow, cobbled streets of Menton’s Medieval Old Town are a 7-minute drive / 15-minute walk where visitors will find the Baroque Basilica of St Michel, the Jean Cocteau Museum and the Old Port.
