It was old and dirty. I have lived in apartments with roaches and bed bugs before, so I know what to look for. Thankfully, I did not see any creepy crawlies anywhere. However, I the sheets and bed spreads were stained. The floor had dirt on it. Our door had a huge crack on the bottom when shut so we can hear all that is happening outside. Our TV only worked for one station (reported this and nothing changed). Overall, it was not the most comfortable stay.
This hotel is nicer than it looks on the outside. Only complaint I had was the lack of a trash can (the only one is against the wall under the bathroom sink that took me forever to find it) and that the bathtub had air and dirt all over it. Otherwise, it's comfortable and nice!

I rarely write bad reviews. But this motel was just awful. My fiancé and I needed somewhere to crash for the night on a road trip. Trust me when I say we really don't need anything fancy. Just somewhere clean and safe to sleep until the AM, when we start the second leg of our trip. We only decided to try this place because it was new to Orbitz, and close to the downtown area, where we like to grab a quick late-night beer at one of the wonderful nearby breweries. We arrived after midnight. We had called ahead of time to make sure this would be OK. When we got to the check in desk, no one came to greet us for several minutes. We had to ring the bell and yell "Hello?!" until someone finally came out to give us our key. He looked like he'd been sleeping in the back. Which is fine, but we were really afraid no one would come! I can let that go, but it was annoying. The room absolutely reeked of what smelled like cigarette smoke. I don't recall whether or not I had the option to choose a non-smoking room, but I'm sure I would have if I could have. The walls were yellowing. But what bothered me most was the bed. There were holes in the blanket and sheets that looked like cigarette burns. And we were horrified to see that the sheets had mystery stains on them. They appeared to be human fluid, like watered down blood. Absolutely disgusting. We slept on top of the comforter and left as early as we could in the morning. So gross, and we don't have crazy high standards. Avoid this place.
