Welcome to our stunning Airbnb perched atop the historic town of Modica, offering breathtaking views from every angle. This beautifully furnished accommodation boasts a spacious terrace where you can soak in the mesmerizing sunset over the picturesque Sicilian landscape

Villa Luci is a serene retreat situated atop the picturesque town of Modica. From the terrace you can enjoy panoramic vistas that capture Modica’s charm - the cascading stone houses, interspersed with warm yellow lights and the sun kissed cityscape that begs you to stop and stare.

Inside, you’ll find a welcoming and thoughtfully designed space. The well-equipped kitchen allows for meal preparation and indoor and outdoor dining experiences.

The living area and the bedroom both open into a long balcony. You fall asleep to the twinkling modican lights, and wake up to breathtaking views. We accommodate up to 4 guests with a queen sized bed, and a sofa-cum-bed, complete with extra sheets, pillows and a duvet. We also provide toiletries, slippers, face masks - but we do attempt to keep the house free of single use plastics.

Our lovely host, neighbour and long time modica resident can offer home cooked meals, additional cleaning, laundry, delivery of groceries and luggage pick-up services.
