Just a quick stay for family event in Modesto. Modest hotel. Comfortable and clean but not flashy. Great staff. Breakfast basic.

Very nice and clean, the bad was nice and the front desk very helpful thanks

Did not have a bar resturant as advertized but one in front of it...chinese food. Bus load of French up early and taliking laod at 7am

The front desk receptionist is very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. The room is clean and comfortable.. I believe I got my money's worth . The place is close to fast food places on foot.

The room locked us out and we would have to practically drop kick the door open. And we paid for two nights but was locked out the 2nd day and had To deal with staff to correct the issue. But was good price and locations

They provided the essentials - iron, tv, fridge, microwave. It was in a good location for us to drive up to Yosemite National Park and back.

I was only in Modesto for one night on business. The motel was average, nothing special and I have to wonder about the location when there is a $150.00 refundable security deposit. Never before did I have to pay a security deposit at a motel.

OMGoodness.....as soon as we got to the counter to check in....it was BAD! The agent behind the counter was so unpleasant to deal with....he acted as though he did not know a thing about the motel...we notice that all of the appliance's and food and plates and bowls ets...that they offer the guest for the free breakfast..were kept in the restroom behind him...how nasty is that......then when we finally found our rooms...(after sent on a wild goose chase) NOTHING in the room worked....only one lamp worked, the refridgerator nor the microwave didn't work....and get this....the remote for the television didn't even work...we had to keep getting up to change the TV...and to top it off.. in the other room that I booked (because i had booked two rooms on this stay) the sheets on the bed were DIRTY...how Nasty was that! Oh yes they did fix everything...but the next day! I was so dissatisfied and upset to my stomach...Never again will I stay at a Days Inn. I want my Money Back!

It was very nice stay. Slept like a baby

i stay there for the great rate and the room is big. No beds pushed along the wall here. i dont like the bathroom but the furnishings and space are worth it. The staff is always really nice, I wish they would allow the staff to offer better fruit at breakfast.i am now aclimatized to neighborhood so i will book again. i am a smoker so this is one of my only options but i think the room is great.if i had to pay extra for better breakfast and more in room coffee supply and the extra like a shower cap and soap i would.

Hotel was fine, but I didn't like the $200 hold they put on my card. I'm used to swiping a card at a hotel, but I've never had a hotel run a $200 deposit on a room and hold it for 3 days after I left.

We were there for a baseball tournament and the kids had a great time at the end of the day swimming and the adults sat outside taking in the nice patio area.

The rooms have been recently updated with new furniture and bed spreads and they are clean. The hot tub was broken. I changed rooms as the initial room had lighting fixtures that didn't work, a bent towel rack, lighting was dark and I had a view of an out building for the pool- Minor stuff, but annoying. the 2nd room was clean and seemed more updated. TV and internet were nice features. I like the location, close to restaurants.

I thought for sure someone was going to knock on the door and ask us to pay for the next hour. What a Dump!

I like this place because it's no nonsense. Overall good room, the a/c worked well which is critical in Modesto. I have stayed here before and will stay again specially if I get a better deal. I use it solely to sleep, shower and get back to work. It was being used by two bus loads of foreign travelers. I listed noisy on the survey which was solely due to the beerhall sing-a-longs by the pool. If I hadn't been so tired it wouldve been a great opportunity to meet others. Truly a utilitarian inn kept in good repair.

The room was very clean and the check in was easy. It was kind of a long check in wait but other than that I was very satisfied plus its kind of off the strip in modesto so your close to all the nightlife but not directly in the center.

This motel had larger rooms than a typical hotel and was comfortable. Only amenities are a swimming pool and free wi fi, but that is all we need. Continental breakfast is typical motel. Given the location, it is about the best you will do for the money. We asked for a wake up call on check in but it did not come. Set your alarm clock.

When we arrived I asked if there were any rooms closer to the pool. He said there were not. The room appeared to be clean, but the carpets needed cleaning. It turned our socks black! My son took a dip in the pool and saw a lot of dead flies in it. Needless to say he didn't stay in there long. He went into the jacuzzi, but it was too Hot. The location was near restaurants, and not too far from the downtown area. I guess you get what you pay for.
