Excessively early check out time
The room and location were lovely but we were super disappointed at the 10am check out. My husband and I travel frequently and can’t recall ever seeing a checkout before noon. We were startled when the cleaning company tried to enter the room while we were still in it. She was wonderful and patient as we hurriedly gathered our things. I attempted to contact the manager (he provided his number at check in) to see if we could check out later but never received a response. Very unprofessional. Should we have checked the reservation carefully, probably, but since 10 is such an odd check out time- it should’ve also been mentioned during our check in.
