The room was clean, neat and recently updated. The shower flooded the entire bathroom. They put us in a handicap room which I did not need, and the shower was installed improperly so when the water was turn on the floor got flooded.

The staff was very nice, the room was cozy, could have used more pillows on the bed. There was a bug in my room but it was a tiny roach so I killed it, took a pic of it but forgot to show the staff the pic. Will definitely be staying there again

Someone at Orbitz canceled my reservations and me, my fisabled husband and my son slept in our car for 2 nights. Although the money waa refunded, it doesn't go back on the card for 5 business days.

It would be nice to know that a property is under construction before making a reservation.

When I arrived, I had to kill a roach. I left and returned to the room about 2.5 hrs later and there were more, in the bathroom. So the only problem I had was ROACHES & I will not be returning to that hotel again!!

Water damaged property...sign says they have fridge but the insides were cut out...room was dirty...bathtub had open holes in it...floor was dirty...just nasty...1st and last time at a redroof..

easy to find, clean room, nice staff. wished they had breakfast offered.

Quick to find off of I-10. Was greeted promptly by the Lady at the front desk. Got me checked in and off to my room I went. It was a smoking room, so it smelled like smoke. The bed was a little on the soft side, linens were clean. Sink clogged a little bit. Rest of room was in good working condition. No signs of bugs or mildew/mold. Over all I give the place 3 out of 5.....

The room was clean and spacious.. Everything was great. Could use more then 2 towels for 2 people. If u take a shower at night after a long drive then take shower in the morning to wake up, the towel isn't dry by the morning rom the night before.

As advertised but very basic. Newest thing was a sink. Clean and okay comfortable. Breakfast was carbohydrate city -- grits, toast, dry cereal, waffle. No tea bags or oatmeal packets or bananas. They did have orange juice and small tasteless apples.

The hotel is extremely outdated. The fruniture is dirty. The hotel is not clean and smells bad. Don't expect the staff or Orbitz to be much help when you have a problem. I checked out 3 hours after checking in because it was so bad. Don't go here if you expecting a nice relaxing room.

Minimum amenities in room and breakfast, good wifi connection.

The hotel staff was nice. Room still had clothes left from a previous stay. The room had a stuffy smell. I brought an air freshener plugin, this helped a lot. The hotel was at a very cheap rate; this was great. The price was good for the amount of time I stayed.

It was clean and the staff was great. Ac just had some issues.

This lodging is undergoing long over due remodeling. The lobby area looks nice but there are still spots of construction equipment and materials you will need to get around. The rooms are in desperate need of repair. My room the safety chain lock was ripped from the door frame. Also was bittern by a spider during the night. Probably a vestigae of the remodeling work going on below.

When I arrived, I had to kill a roach. I left and returned to the room about 2.5 hrs later and there were more, in the bathroom. So the only problem I had was ROACHES & I will not be returning to that hotel again!!
