Easy check in and friendly staff. Hotel walks and elevators dirty. Room noisy, roads, neighbors, out front. Room okay, but did not seem super clean. Kitchen and bath okay, but bed not so much. Bed old, not comfortable. HVAC good, held room temp perfect. Room was roomy Priced about right for quality.

The stay was great for the price. Was originally booked for a standard queen but asked to be changed to 2 doubles and they accomodated tgat quickly.

It is a basic ordinary hotel Nothing special but convenient location in proximity to the USA Medical center hospital

I have staye at esa all across the country they are always nice .

At first glance I was ecstatic to get my laptop out and write a review while I had some time in my room. Upon entering the room appeared to be clean and I was pleasantly surprised to find a full kitchen in the room I didn't know would be in there. I got the room for a great price as well. It had decent looking furniture and bedding although I would never write a bad review based on those things or things like rust or cracked tile. I would however write a bad review about cleanliness. I could have overlooked the curly black hair on the bathroom sink, and the black hair stuck to the shower wall. Also the chalky dried up something on the counter top. What I couldn't overlook is the fact that the sheets had not been changed since the last person!!!! I would think if I was going to recycle sheets I'd at least check to make sure you couldn't see anything obvious on them. Again curly black hair on the comforter, and when I pulled the sheet back there was a hair in between the sheets, a piece of rice, and 4 unidentified black balls of something (maybe just lent). Luckily I had a set of my own sheets in my car.read less

It's just off some of the main streets, including a major highway, but it's tucked way back in a cul de sac so not easy to find without GPS. Also the surroundings seemed a bit low-end and not the quietest area. However, the staff were friendly and even facilitated returning some property I left it in the room so I give them props for that.

Good location and a decent nightly rate, a solid place to stay if you're in town playing a Disc Golf Tournament!

It was nice. Get a little more than you pay for. It had a mini kitchen and a soft bed.

If you're only staying one night, make sure to bring cups or bottled water. Room was pretty clean for a 1 or 2 star hotel.

I want to be very honest up front. I have worked in the hotel business for some yrs. and have stayed at many hotels all over the US and abroad. This hotel is located in a great area with easy on and off access to the interstate. It has less than poor appeal. The office is difficult to find, it does not stand out from just another room. The parking for registration is non existant. The office is dirty and cluttered. What appeared to be a housekeeper checked me in. The are 3 floors and an elevator which no one tells you is useable. The front area of the hotel is very dirty and needs to be cleaned top to bottom.walkways are filthy and food stains and garbage everywhere. garbage every where. The rooms were comfortable anough for the rate but dirty. Tub with hair, sink stained and hair. Toilet had hair in it and smelled of urine. Te bed was not comfortable and the sheets actually had stains on them. Pillow case had old stains and looked like blood. Then the breakfast , where would I start? the employees were all over the office eating and at 8oclock there was no coffee, no juice, nothing but muffins wrapped.Dirty floors and walls in the office where this was served. In my room , I had to clean the floor before i would even walk on it. I started to take pics and knew they would not be used. This area is perfect for a clean hotel that could take the overflow from the Wingate right beside it. I am not not trying to get a refund, never, I stayed and used the room and said nothing. I think the owner needs the real truth about this property. I could take it and in 3 months or less and a LITTLE money and hard work make it as appealing as the Wingate next door.

staff was way off base in reguards to the way they treated customers.management was not there to handle problems.staff was not friendly.

Guests outside of rooms smoking and talking loud. Carpet stains Drooping curtains

First off, we were told the pet fee was $50, ten when they came back with our receipt, it was $55, and we were told they had forgotten to tell us about the taxes. Then when we got to the room, it was fairly clean, but needed some repairs. The bed was the wrong size--we requested a queen size bed, and we got a full size. Not sure if there was a price difference or not. The pillows were the worst pillows in the history of the world. They were like if you took diapers and tissue paper, wadded them up, stuck them in a Walmart bag an tried to sleep on them. The amenities....well there were none, so I would say they were unsatisfactory. It was difficult to sleep due to hearing everyone else in the entire hotel as loud as if they were in our room. We learned our lesson--you get what you pay for. Although I would not even pay $54 a night for that again.

The overall hotel was great. Great cost and staff. Once we checked in,the front desk called to make sure we was pleased with the room. I will stay here again!!!

Overalll not bad. Rooms are a little old and could use updating. Room was clean. Could not get on the wireless internet.

For the price and the location this was a great deal, I would stay here again being that it was right off the highway and it was located right between downtown and the main shopping strip.

Everything was excellent, you couldn"t get any better service for the price.

This is an extended stay motel. So, they have a full kitchen, which is really nice. The room was in great shape. Location was right off the expressway, so easy access. Lots of places to eat right there. For the money, it doesn't get better than this, unless you're staying in a Vegas strip hotel between Sunday and Thursday. ;)

We were greeted graciously and warmly. But the kitchen floor was dirty, and the door took special pushing to lock. The worst part was when my husband got stuck in the elevator. The room phone wouldn't work, I couldn't get the door to lock, and I didn't know if my husband had been taken hostage when he had gone to the car to get his wallet. I was panicked when he didn't come back from the car when expected, and I couldn't find him. In panic, I left the room unlocked to go to the office. The attendant in the office was extremely upset because she learned that the maintenance company couldn't get there for 2 hours. She was about to call the fire department to release my husband, when he appeared - he and another man in the elevator had managed together to move the door so it would lock. Obviously we didn't use the elevator again! No ameneties, no wi-fi, a kitchen but only one large saucepan, so no way to cook our food.

We were in town for a friend's wedding and the hotel was easy to find. We had hoped to check in a little early to get ready for the wedding, but there were no clean rooms and the Front Desk clerk seemed annoyed that we even asked. The room was decent and clean enough... it was fine for what we were looking for - a place to sleep a for a few hours after the wedding and before our early flight home.
