One the pictures that I saw online of the room was not the room I got true the mattresses had pee stains on them three the exhaust fan for the bathroom did not work and was have big gap in between three behind the bathroom door had look like mold for the ceiling was patched and he saw a big patch on it 5 overall it was horrible nothing look like anything that we actually saw online very disappointing and I would like a full refund.

It was always extremely loud with the pool being where it is. Spills on the hotel room walls made it seem like the walls were never wiped down.

Well the overall room experience was horrible the air did not work and they never came to move my guest to another room it was a surprise stay for my Pastor and First Lady I am in the process of getting a refund they left later that evening after issue was not resolved

From direct observation the wait for check-in was 45 min. Then while In the room I notice we only received one decaf coffee no regular for a double deluxe room, the TV was plugged into the lamp on the desk, there was no over head lights just two lamps to light the complete room. The bathroom had no countertops to lay toiletries only one towel and two wash cloths. There was a stain on the comforter and the main reason we stayed here was the indoor pool for the kids which when my kids went to get in the water was ice cold as if it was an outdoor pool. Completely disappointed in this hotel and will not be back. I depend on reviews to help me in deciding a room so this is why I decided to leave this review. Everyone should be warned of the disappointments before arriving. Thank you

In serious need of a deep cleaning. Hallway carpet needed at least to be vacuumed. Walls have writings and dirt. Room was dusty and lamp shades were dirty. The beds were poorly made. Room was dark and dated. I assume the rooms are kept dark to keep one from noticing how much care is needed. I do like the textured walls in the room and the colors. It was ok for an overnight stay. The ac blew cold but when it shut off it would get hot. Beds weren’t comfy. Between the bed and getting hot when the ac shut off I didn’t get a good nights rest. We didn’t use the shower. We left early to get home to get clean. I didn’t notice any bugs. Room was equipped with microwave and fridge. The hotel seems to have potential. One of the comforters on one of the beds was ripped and they both had some type of dirt. Under the black light one bed had stains. Also the sheets had a weird odor. Friendly staff.

The pics and outside of the hotel look great. Even the atrium as you walk is really nice with the rooms overlooking it and the pool. However, our room was terrible. It smelled like cigarettes even though it said non-smoking and our bathroom had not been cleaned because a used bottle of shampoo and a hairband was left in the tub.

1st room was old and had a smell with black stuff in the bathroom. 2nd room was better but for the price I was expecting more

On this visit to Asbury, we were placed on the second floor for my disability requiring me to be wheelchair bound...The room was large and spacious enough for me to maneuver my chair around inside...The bathroom was great to where I didn't have to sustain an injury to my left leg which has a cast on it. The flat screen television was great. It was mercifully quiet on the second floor around our room, even with weekend pool party visitors. The room' microwave and refrigerator worked well, we didn't have time to use the coffee maker this time though... My husband and I wished we could've taken the bed back home with us as well...Great king sized sleeping bed and mattress...At first our room phone did not work until I used my cell phone and spoke to a nice young man named Samuel, and by the next morning our phone was operable...If not for Samuel's nice demeanor and prompt resolving of our phone issue, we Would Not Consider Staying At The Ashbury Next Year For Our Jehovah's Witness Convention...

Good stay right off interstate clean an very negotiable prices

The stay was very comfortable and we both got plenty of rest after being at hospital. Will stay again in near future.
