Ungood. This property is in desperate need of an update.

Inexpensive bed for a night while passing thru town.

We brought a blacklight to check the cleanliness of the room. The bed was clean, but there as clearly more cleaning needed in the bathroom. The faucets were still dirty. The crappy little coffee maker wasn't even cleaned from the previous use(not that we would have use it anyway, though.) Also, the front desk person had a nasty cough and was blaming it on allergies.

Location was good. Parking was nearly impossible, Lucky to get car out in one piece. Rooms and facilities were run down, nobody rarely at the desk, television would not work, cleaning supplies left in room. Beds were old and uncomfortable. There was a strange odor to the room. The heating system did not work.

We stayed one night. in the morning we found out that the place was covered with bed bugs. My boyfreind is coverd with bites all over and he couldnt sleep all night because of the itching and burning! Hurrible. The manager did said he will refound us, but it didnt happend

the hotel has not improved since my last visit 2 years ago.

It is the perfect location to stay in if you need to be in Missoula in the downtown area and along the river. I took my mountain bike and just parked my vehicle it was nice to be in an urban setting but still be able to get around on my bike. There are great restaurants and art galleries and shops stick your head in. It was the perfect neighborhood to be in on the staff was great at giving me directions and ideas to find things close by.

This motel is quite old for a Days Inn. The (1) blanket was a threadbare knit blanket. The hotel has sudo hardwood floors, and since it was below 0 outside, the floors were ice cold inside. There was a bitter cold draft that came up off the floors that made the room tremendously uncomfortable, even with the heat set at 80. The breakfast was very substandard with cold cereal, and no milk.

Decent rooms. Good location. Hallway area ( walls, stairs and floors) were quite dirty. Other funky details include: out of service pool, stash of old lamps in the parking lot, bad internet connection, lots of mechanical noise, took towels and did not replace, had to ask to reset the to room key card each day.

This place was so BAD that we did not even stay there for more then 30 minutes. The room was dirty, the pillows had huge orange stains on them. There was hair IN the coffee pot. Then to top it OFF, There was a HUGE GREEN dried BUGER on the wall!!!! I would NEVER stay there in my life again!!!!

I was great! The people were nice, the breakfast was fair and location to downtown is awesome. I have stayed at this hotel before and will probably stay there again. -Thanks

Friendly service. Quiet place. Good comfort. The downtown location was outstanding. I could walk anywhere I wanted to go.

Given the price, this hotel was fine. Management very friendly and helpful. Room nothing special, but clean and sufficient as a place to sleep. Great location downtown.

The staff was friendly. The rooms clean and adequet, we had to ask for soap. The rooms are equipped with a cofee pot, mini fridge and microwave. The walls however are paper thin, so you do hear your neighbor and ours were noisy. A breckfast room was shown in the ad but was not there, no breckfast is available.

Nothing special

Hotel is easy walk to UM campus. Allow pets but charge a fee.

When I arrived, the desk clerk was on the phone--a personal call. He neither acknowleged that I was standing directly in front of him, nor made an effort to cut the call short. The room was not clean. Especially the bathroom. The room cleaning staff left the trash from the rooms in open bags sitting right outside my room overnight. The smell was terrible. I travel constantly, and am not very picky about hotels, but this was just not acceptable. I checked out a day early and found a different hotel. It is really too bad that this place is poorly run. It is in a great location.
