The beds are uncomfortable. Towels are not clean. Showers don't drain. The locks on the outside doors don't work.

The room stunk so bad like old stale smoke I almost left.. the cleaning crew knocked on the door twice Sat morning like they were actually going to clean the disgusting dirty room.. then we had to have the sketchy maintenance man fix the t.v. never stay here again..

Hotel is smelly, right from the time you enter the lobby. Rooms are very Damp, probably because of the carpet.Nothing special.Until you are very short of money and need to book a hotel, this can be your choice. You can get better deals with same prices.

Staff was rude, room was dirty, beds were terrible, tv didn't work, phone didn't work, no towels, pool was dirty, breakfast was garbage (don't drink the apple juice). I've stayed at many Ramada hotels before and have NEVER been in a hotel like this.

Large stains in hotel room carpet to go with the peeling paint. Back door entrance to rooms from parking lot has sign stating door locked 24 hours use hotel room key to enter. Door lock was actually broken and never locks????

I walked in & saw roaches on the bed & side table. I picked my stuff & left. The hotel did nothing to help me. My family had to sleep in my car. Orbitz won't even refund me the $95.00 for the room, that I didn't even stay in. I will NEVER give my business to either one of these companies again.

I never complain at all, but for Ramada Inn I had very high expectations. While checking in I heard a customer decussing how cops were called the night before due to argument or fight break out. The room smell like old smoke. The bed where way to hard. The pillows were really flat couldn't sleep comfortable. I won't go back to this location when I'm back in the area, sorry but I was highly disappointed.

The room seemed clean but there were roaches. The free breakfast was sub-par with too limited a selection.

room 140 door hard to open, couldn't turn off TV had to unplug, outlet to TV was slimy gross, bathroom out of date so it looked questionable, bed creaked and squeaked all night, akward stairs and ramps and paths to get to room, breakfast was supposed to start at 7am, might have started at 7:15am.

The rooms smell of smoke and bo. Needs major updating. Bed is bouncy, pillows are flat, damp feeling. TV was broken and wallpaper was peeling. You have to hold the toilet handle down the whole time while flushing. Only good thing was breakfast, but if you show up late, they don't replenish. Tried to play badminton on their indoor court, they did not have the right equipment so we got one tennis racket that was completely messed up. The birdie kept coming apart every time we hit it. There are shady people always in the parking lot tailgating every night and the out side doors do not lock so anyone can roam the facility whenever they want. Not safe if you have children.

The hotel is nice from the outside and in, except the rooms in the very back and on the side.. but we had 6 rooms and only one was clean and they were all the ugly abandoned ones in the back. Maybe get a descent room by request

We got three double bed rooms for this stay. Looks nice when you walk in. Rooms were not very clean. Stains on the sheets. Only one room was fully stocked with towels and pillows. Front desk lady was not very friendly. We had 9 children and 4 adults and needed a cot for each room as well and she said "don't you have double beds?" We had to track down a different hotel employee and ask for the cots, he was rude as well but then ended up bringing 2 cots with just sheets, we needed three. He said there were no pillows or blankets just the sheets. There was no soap in one of the rooms. Also walking down the hall I heard another woman talking to the hotel employee about not having any towels in her room.

Actually, the room was clean but very dated. Hallways and common areas needed a good vacuum. Entrance door besides main door not secure. Safety issue. Staff was willing but lacked direction. Clearly a deficit in management here.

The first room I was given, as a single older woman, was in the back with an outdoor entrance. The carpet was very soiled and I didn't feel safe. The second room was a little better but on the second floor. Carpet on the stairway was dirty. Towel rack was broken and there appeared to be dark mold on the ceiling in the bath area. I stayed there only because my husband was in the hospital and the hotel was near.

Check in was quick - staff maybe said three words to me. Room was small. Smelled of smoke (smoke free) and the lock on the door was broken. Indoor swimming pool was nice - even offered empty beer cans and cigaret butts for my kids to play with.

1. No elevator - 3 floors. Seriously? 2. Room not too bad a little stale stench, common areas filthy 3. Dude laying in bed shirtless with his curtains open. The Windows opened to an In side hall. Really creepy. 4. Dark. Common area lights off. Security lights only. Minimal towels. Broken soap. Seriously. I was concerned for my safety. I'm not a concerned for my safety type guy. Lots of motels. I've probably stayed at a hotel over 500 times in my life. This is the first review Not only is it nasty. Something does not add up. Weird stuff going on there.

Very dirty, poorly supplied, felt unsafe, the hotel was misrepresented by Orbitz

The overall condition of the property is poor. The carpeted areas are uneven; hazardous for trips and falls, especially at the at various entrances/exits. The room doors are so heavy they are very difficult to open. The rooms reek of chlorine and musty odors from the pool. There was very little water pressure and could barely get the water temperature to warm. In speaking with other guests - it was revealed there are various sex workers working from the property. Didn't see them personally however. Would not recommend staying here.

Smelled of smoke, the bathroom was dirty and there was a bug crawling on the sink counter when we first arrived.
