Staff was friendly. Room was clean.
My room was in bad shape. 4 big spiders in bathroom, 4 or 5 big bugs dead by bed. door handle did no work to let me out of room, Bed sheets and bedding was dirty. I thought the word Radisson meant it was a not place! Not anymore. Please stay away. unless you don't mind a dirty place.

We had an evening check-in hoping to have a good night's rest, but at 4am, people started running in the hallway...lots of noice. Then at 6:30a---the adjoining room started a conversation where we could hear everything through the paper-thin walls. To top it off, we had only one towel in the room. I expected better! Overall...was not a good experience...

The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. We did like the comfort of the beds and pillows. Everyone connected with the property were very pleasant.
Not happy with the room at all for the price. It has an awful smell and didn’t have a very clean smell. Looked pretty run down.
Decent size room and fairly comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast is not bad, has sausage and egg for hot items. The problem was the bathroom, which was pretty dirty.
We went to check in and they had overbooked and no room was available. They put us up at their sister hotel which was just average.

I called in the morning to be upgraded to a premium king room. I was told over the phone I could not be upgraded until the cleaning was done. But I was told it would not be a problem. When I arrived I was told I could not have a premium king room because none of the rooms were clean. I have no idea if that is true or if she did not know how to do the upgrade on the computer as she seemed very confused. The hotel pool was out of order and there was no mention of that on the website or when I called.

The shower was broken, asked to have it fixed, no repairs were made.
