Mold on the bathroom ceiling. water damage in bathroom walls. 2 ladies sat at the entrance of the breakfast area to harass people who took food out (good luck if you like to eat breakfast in your bedroom) "All food has to be consumed in the breakfast area" signs all over the place.
Despite signs indicating that masks are required in common areas, none of the staff wore masks. That included the two employees doing morning food prep, one of whom had a bad smokers cough and was not covering their cough. They also kept their small-breed dog in the lobby. The room had only one small hand soap and no soap/gel/shampoo for the shower. The tub was dirty. I realize this is a lesser brand hotel for Marriott, but it underperformed low expectations.
The pool was closed and under construction. There were no towels in my room and none available. The phone in my room didn't work. If i had been told any of this it may have helped. I packed up and left.
Everything was hreat except for the noisy ice machine across the hall.
Manager and desk clerk assisted with restaurant suggestions, coupons and a map.
Overall it was a good experience. We stayed on the first floor and could hear the plumbing when someone from the room above us flushed the toilet or showered; not very pleasing!
Housekeeping missed our room one night but front desk night staff ( Stephanie) cleaned the room willingly great staff
Everything you need is at your fingertips in this hotel. This is a great place for long and short trips.
Fair service at a resonable price. Could have gotten a better price through family members corporate discount program.

We met up with family from Wisconsin to watch the Super Bowl. We had a great time. The staff was friendly and cordial.

Very comfortable Fairfield by Marriot. The staff was excallent, always caring about customer service and the quality of my stay. I would recommend O[...] theestablishment I stayed in. Very clean room and quiet for sleeping.

The floor makes a loud noise when you or other guests walk around, the sink's drain was clogged... Beat up iron and ironing board. Close to ND.
