The studio itself features a private furnished patio so that guests can enjoy fresh air. The wet bar-style kitchenette can hold beverages and leftovers from your local culinary adventures.

The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, and the north side of the resort fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. If seven miles of waterfront is not enough, the resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses, of which 3 are open to the public; 12 clay tennis courts, 3 hard courts (4 clay courts are lighted for evening play); 6 pickle ball courts; a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard; there is biking; hiking; fishing; boogie boarding; miniature golf; fabulous restaurants; unique shopping; and an array of additional activities to explore. The Sandestin Tram makes it easy to get around the resort, there is no need for a car!
